Hi,I bought a s5 (sm-g900f) on second hand and I saw late enough that my display looks dirty yellow instead of white and on that blank screen, it see a very misty keyboard ,what may cause this problem and what can I do ? Thanks a lot
The OLED is not looking good. It is your fault for not testing the device correctly. And it also has burn-in. Nice. You sir need a new display. And an original one, not china fakes.

Yeas, I have Romanian citizenship, and I can speak romanian as you can see above. I had a romanian (well, roman/latin alphabet) name, until I moved to Japan, where I took my ancestor's family name. And yeah, the world is ever so small.

Its not really burned out, but more like has burn-in and has a yellow tint due to some unfortunate event.

Yeah that, but it's more like the opposite on a burn-in compared to a typical CRT or Plasma display. It is also the reason why I ditched Samsung phones as they (display type) are not a wise choice for people off contract, or wanting to keep their phones for more than a year.

First give it a few days and be sure to test all the hardware, bluetooth, wifi, etc to make sure your phone does not have any factory defects. While you are waiting read up on how to unlock your phone, how to root it, how to install a recovery, and how to flash a rom. The desire ports are still a little behind the curve but expect that to change before too long. Bluetooth would be the biggest problem with the desire ports for me, I cant speak for others. CM and enomther (roms) are both as stable as stock. Both will be seeing an update in the near future. Welcome to android.

Everything is much harder to buy in Mexico than here in the US, I know I am a US citizen but I was born in Mexico. Super low wages make it hard to buy any gadget or toy they may want or need. That's why I really don't want to discourage him, I have been in his place a long time ago.

Di ko trip apps ng iPhone eh. Had an iPad for 2 weeks and gave it to my mom. I got an HTC Mozart after my DHD though. Lasted a month tapos bumalik din ako android.

I believe it would be KH3.
I'm still on stock and mine has only updated to KH2.

Is it newer than the KG[X] series of firmware? But basing from the alphabet, it should be.
I'm currently on XXKG1, but I think data connection with this firmware is kinda unstable.

I think so. When I updated to KH2, I noticed my battery lasts longer. I'm currently on 64% for 28 hours unplugged.
I've used minor gps and wifi here and there. Some calls. Mostly texts.. and admiring the screen.

bwenas i was a worker here in dubai when it hit the news this morning. At first duda ako kasi i thought sa UK ang initial release, but then i saw gsmarena then do the digging. Finally after work i went straight to mall dadalawa na lang ang stock buti umabot. Still playing with it though so far maaga pa for any notices. will let you know mga sir.

I've been an HTC fan for almost 2years. Desire HD actually. it was running ARHD ROM 6.3.3, natry ko na rin yung AOKP ng ICS. so far ang masasabi ko lang ramdam na ramdam yung bilis in everything considering na bloated with software features pa tong TW 4.0 compare sa heavily tweak na Sense 3.5. web browsing is really near desktop experience, grabe yung bilis walang lag at all. 1080p youtube stream parang mantikilya sa dulas at yung quad talagang mabilis magrender ng webpage. camera wise zero lag ngang talaga at video quality top notch. so far moving from HTC Desire HD with tweak settings to Samsung S3 was like having a modified car then you switch into a Bentley GT. yung reklamo nilang panget kasi plastik yung likod puwes bumili sila ng maganda phone at maghapon nilang titigan yung likod hehehe

sir iyo na lang S3 ko akin na yung 3 sinabi mo hehehe, ewan ko lang kung may makikita kang diff kung naka One S ka na at HOX. sa totoo lang i love how HTC build their phones hindi talaga tinitipid, pero nung binili ko DHD ko then after 6months lumabas yung SGS2 kita ko yung layo nilang talaga. pero i do really miss HTC Sense medyo naninibago pako sa TW eh pagtitripan ko muna then saka nako magtatry ng ibang launcher. kainis lang sa S3 wala man lang pre-loaded na games

binenta ko na yung one x at xperia s sir.. mahina battery nila,maganda yung one x pre the best. madami nako nagamit na android every month ata nagpapalit ako..pro ito masasabi ko pinaka the best ang battery ng ONE S, umaabot ng dalawang araw. minsan pagka full charge ng 7pm ng gabi buksan mo sa umaga 100% yung battery. My guess is mas maganda ang speaker quality ng One X sa S3, malinis ang sound ng One X parang DHD na malakas and malinis ang sound..tsaka maganda yung sense 4 talga.. di ko lang alam bat ko gsto ang S3..ang gusto ko kasi sa s3 ay yung mga features na inintroduce nila, di lang sya basta basta android phone na lumalabas, meron mga features tsaka mga gestures..

Is the preorder price the as the retail price of 2499? I saw on axiom before it was release that its 2699 but later on when they released it it went to 2499.. here in qatar i pre-ordered on samsung itself but its 2699 and they say retail price will be 2699 too..sayang 200!

yes, kahapon there were only few shops selling it at a limited units as per samsung rep 125 units came in that morning then kinuha na sa knila ng ibang shop in which i took mine sa Jacky's na katabing tindahan lang nila. so far mukhang 2499 pa rin ang srp hindi gumagalaw, dunno lang kung may mga stock pa. sabi kasi sakin ng axiom sa 25 till 30th darating bulk nila baka para-paraan lang kasi daming kumuha eh. well atleast di natin need magcamping hehehe

I wonder what the differences are? Maybe the T-version has only 32GB, and the ones that are €40 euros more 64GB?

There are no pictures of the 4 versions though, only a black and a silver one.

They are on it for a few days now, and I also sent an email to the shop itself, but because it's weekend, they will not respond before atleast monday.
But I was curious about the thoughts of you guys.

When you scroll down to choose the carrier, the T versions are available only for T-Mobile. For all other carriers, only the 'beautiful' ones are available

Translation: The T-Black/T-White version is a T-Mobile branded device. This device is unlocked.

Btw, I don't know if y ou have heard anything more about the 32GB and 64GB version yet.
But on the website I mentioned earlier, it says in the specs it will have 32GB.
So I guess only the 32GB is available for pre-order for €693?

The specs says it is 32GB, so I guess I'm getting the 32GB version then.

The X sales here are in full swing. I bought mine on day 14 (10 days after launch) and it was very hard to find it. The big stores already are with their empty inventory.
A great handset with affordable price for Brazilian.
