Hello , I flashed a recovery (recovery-twrp-3.0.2-0-y560.zip) from this website www.modaco.com/forums/topic/376807-recovery-twrp-302-0-for-huawei-y5/
After that, I had no access to my recovery.
So now I can't reset my device
I've found a firmware but not my model (CUN-U29) from the official website : http://consumer.huawei.com/lk/support/products/downloads/detail/huawei-y5ii_lk.htm?id=91492
So please help me :crying: I don't know what I have to do.
Just tell me what I have to do and I'll do my best to give you maximum information
I want to reflash my rom with this firmware

As mentioned above, i tried to find TWRP for my SM-G7102 but they said this is only for ms013g. I also dont know what is the differences between the two of them? So can you give me the posts that tell me how to get TWRP for my SM-G7102? And are ms013g and sm-g7102 exactly the same so we can use rom, recv of this one for the other? Sorry i'm a new comer here.
Yes, ms013g is the same as SM-G7102 ///// ms01lte is the same as SM-G7105.
These are like codenames.
Please help i cant install custom recovery on my sm g7102. I tried many custom recovery but it says cant do normal boot and sometimes it justs hang on recovery booting plus the grand 2 logo..please anyone i need help thanks.

Are you under the impression that having root will help you correct your Gmail problem? Because if that is the case, you're unfortunately mistaken.
If you just want to get root, there are plenty of guides such as this one.
