Yes and no. The version you refer to is from Mar of 17 while the latest one on Sammobile is Dec of 16. But if you use Odin to install the Dec 16 ROM you will be back to stock and if there is a later version available from Samsung, it should install OTA.
edit: I found the Mar 17 version here.

You don't need to remove twrp. Just use the unroot option in SuperSU settings.

in the end i used smart switch on the pc i'm stock again. thks for all your help hugz

Look, I'm tired of playing the techno semantics game. It may not be a ROM but it certainly isn't an app you can install from Play Store and I DON'T WANT it.

maybe ill try again later but now im back on stock and im happy for the time being

I updated it last night. When it was finished updating I noticed it was optimizing apps after it restarted. I got excited and thought "Lollipop" for a second but it appears they simply changed compilers ( JIT to ART ). This is still a welcome change as the ART compiler is known to be faster and more efficient for a lot of apps. A lot of apps did install again after the update but everything was seamless, no loss of data as far as I know. Also the Android Version is still 4.4.3.
4.4.3? Shouldn't it be 4.4.2?

I installed via odin from sammobile. Cf-autoroot works. Need to install superuser by chainfire separately. Works great.
Mine OTA update fails to install at 24%. I'm rooted with stock ROM and recovery. I even unrooted and tried it again, and the same thing happens. SamMobile doesn't have any firmware (of any version) for this tablet (SM-P600) for the USA??? Seriously?

Thank you! I couldn't remember what the region code was. I guess I could've just looked at the current firmware to figure it out, though... Doh!
And "Cellular South" is the USA region code (expecially for a WiFi tablet) because...? Haha
Edit

Im assuming you installed cellular south latest from sammobile. flash cf autoroot and let it do its thing. After reboot, goto playstore and download/install superuser chainfire. it asks you to disable knox, etc. Reboot and use rootchecker. I am stock rooted without custom recovery.

So you have all options required to do what you need within the all such as wipe etc. If flashing any firmware, yes you'll have to reflash xposed. The great thing about the app is that you can put it in a queue to do it all at once so wipe, flash new firmware, flash xposed, done.

Probably a daft question but where can I find a definitive UK update? I've seen a few links on XDA but the information is muddied based on international variations. I'm currently rooted and running xposed v81. I also have FlashFire, which I used to flash the latest xposed. Thanks for any assistance.

There is a good chance that autoroot for 5.1.1 will works for 6.0.1
It happens with autoroot for 910H.
Or, you can just flash twrp using odin, flash bootloader using odin, and this rom using twrp.

Is there any way other then Odin to install firmware updates to a rooted device?

I have rooted Note4 sm-n910c (Exynos) running 6.0.1 stock rom and when I checked firmware updates I can't install them through OTA because root. My PC and phone have connections issue so I need to find a way to install updates. Is there a way for this?
You can try Flashfire by Chainfire. Download the latest firmware first from Samfirmware.
Make a nandroid backup first of your current rom in case something went wrong.

after root, install xposed framework and change the status of your phone to official and voila you can get official updates.
I'm pretty sure that Samsung have just dropped all support and future updates for the Note 4.

Once xposed is installed, download the wanam module and within you can find an option of changing the status to OFFICIAL. Via this phone thinks you are on official stock and downloads n installs the updates.

I am not sure on which one is specific to your mobile, but there is a workaround
install the arm64(as i believe this one is for n910c) and let it boot up.
if it doesnot in around 15-20 mins, take out the battery and try "arm"
