Guys I need help ! whenever I change the orientation while a video is playing I get a huge black bar taking up space, does this bug happen to anyone else? also when I watch a video the screen tone is shifting into greeny .. please help me fix this ! Sorry for my poor english

Yes, happens to me as well, very annoying. Hopefully Google rolls out an update soon. But yeah your not the only one.
Don't know anything about the green tint though, sorry.

Was the bleed issue fixed on the s4 with the mf3 update? when i go to to the notification pull down, the bleed issue is still there.
Bleed issue? Do you mean screen burn? If so, that happens on all OLED screens. There is no software that can reverse that.
