You Can Get the software Called Boot Animation Installer via the market for 99 cents.
How To Use it > Start it then load the new files then press in the bottom at the blue screen then select the bootscreen you want press install then if the download is done press again install and then you have it just reboot and enjoy.
its the only bootlogo changer that i found that really works on the p500 cya later.
i thought it was really for boot logo..

That boot logo, or boot screen is in a restricted partition. Even with root access it's hard to change. it basically takes pushing a copy of the partition without the image on to the phone then writing a script to push a new image in the hole created. It all has to be done through adb

hey the phone needs to be rooted???
you dont need the App you can change it bye downloading the zip file for the new boot animation putting it on your SD card then using rootexplorer to back up the stock animation in /data/local/bootanimation.zip after you back up the stock animation just place the new one in the same folder /data/local/ and rename the file to bootanimation.zip then restart. After the unlock of the bootloader via Motorola Website, you have probably noticed the M logo has been replaced by a Warning message...
Here is the solution to restore M logo :
Extract the file in attachement in the same folder as fastboot, you will find "logo.bin" file.
Enter in Fastboot mode :
- Shutdown your phone
- Push and maintain VOL DOWN and press POWER to boot your phone (A black screen with white lines should appear)
- Plug USB Cable
Flash the M Logo with fastboot :
- fastboot flash logo logo.bin (success message should appears in the DOS windows)
- Unplug USB cable
- Press POWER and the phone will shutdown
- Start your phone with long press on POWER and check your M Logo.

Give me the picture your want 540x540 px and it should be possible.

To complain on a high level I would say the image could be a little bit larger...

You can use any image file you want after resizing and saving as a raw file using GIMP.
Didn't work with GIMP for me, don't know what I did wrong. But worked like a charm with Photoshop.
Now I just need to find an image editor that can save in RAW format. Yes, I know GIMP is free...

Check if you have any custom bootanimation.zip in system/media and try to disable it.
Make sure u have all the .qmg files of samsungboot,shutsown.

Once you've done this you have to save your changes.

There is a thread for changing the bootlogo on the Snapdragon Redmi Note 3. It should theoretically also work on the Note 3g. But I'm unsure. You could ask @GokulNC he made the thread for the Note 3, so maybe he can help you.

How to flash a phone who keeps on blinking with boot logo...???? Phone not entering into recovery mode also and whenever phone battery gets empty it blink with battery logo but not charging....
This kind of problem happend when I tried to flash ROM files such as boot.img and some other files with the help of TWRP recovery...
