Yes, even after a month of test I didn't find anything causing problem
The only thing I had to change is the SMS/MMS app because the stock one don't work on standard MMS network

Im in Uk and all works fine. No problems at all and dont need to change mms/sms app. Only one thing Im missing is wifi call. I cant enable it because option is not available in menu with UK sim.

Canada as mentionned works fine... The only issue I see with France is LTE bands. Are yours supported? Check the LTE bands with your operator and what the Z-Force supports, otherwise you might be stuck with 3G only (Which has all bands)

My operator supports lte 2600 and soon 700 MHz (2018), I have read that all bands was supported by the "unlocked" verizon phone, am I wrong?

Z-Force droid is a verizon branded and exclusive phone... Was never released anywhere else from what I was told, so you'll have USA bands. You're supported for LTE, as B7 (2600) and B13 (700) tough. The Global version of the Moto Z (Non-Droid) would have global bands.
Verizon screwed people and moto over badly by making this phone an exclusive. Moto Z Force should have been the flagship Moto, not the Moto Z or the Z play...

So I am glad to hear that the French operator "free mobile" is totally compatible with unlocked verizon USA bands, and it will good to know it for future smartphone bought in USA, because it's a good deal (at least 100€ off with Europe, z force at the price of z play...) to buy flagship in USA
Just so you know, if you want to get a replacement shattershield, you'll have to order it from Moto and have to have a US shipping address... I can't get one shipped to Canada, sadly.

Yeah, I know shipito, I've supplied it to a few people in the forums Only issue is it becomes expensive for a 30$ screen replacement. I have friends in the US who can forward the package to me... So that'll be sufficient I think! Thanks though

I have less need to T-Mobile wi-fi calling or HD Voice.
Per site http://www.gsmarena.com/huawei_nexus_6p-7588.php. I was looking at the supported bands for the nexus 6p. It's said there is an American and Global verison. Is this true ? If so, is the google play store selling the american version? The american version is selling the one that has 1700 band. Which only t-mobile uses
I presume if you order the phone from US store you will get the US version... I live in Canada and ordered the phone from US to get the free $50 Google Play card.

No. If the hardware doesn't support a specific band, then there's no way to make it work.
there are no difference, just use US version if you're in US. If you're outside, any version will be OK.
I used my US Nexus 6P while in Dubai and I had LTE. I think you should just get the US Version if you live in the US especially if you want to use Project Fi so that the phone can connect to the sprint and T-Mobile networks properly.

How about the other way around? I have the possibility to get an US version while visiting the States, but then I'll be back in Europe and the US version doesn't have the 20LTE band, which is the most common in EU. I'm worried it'll have an impact in the LTE reception and speed. Anyone uses an US version in Eu? How is it? I see there was another person in the UK asking the same bit got no definitive answer. Where are you getting these model numbers? The model number that comes on the 6P box is H1511 for North America & H1512 for International.

I thought that the only difference is the EU-plug, but I noticed this item on aliexpress with LTE B20 (800MHz) support.
I asked the seller about it and the seller insists that all of that is true.
Can someone confirm or deny this situation?

well the only think that i am sure is that as an european is difficult to find the "india" version
(because i know -and can buy from - only chinese stores)
also 2 band for lte is weird so i guess it's just a rom limitation or just incomplete list of specs (because it doesn't matter for India the other bands)

No. There's should not be and hardware differences until it comes to Mobile Broadband frequencies, but i think this is software dependent. As you flash Global or Chinese you choose frequencies probably. I use Global Stable with Root and some tools and it's just fine.

Yes, you do.
I have the same model and ROM capacity.
Look at my october post, you can find there links to official Xiaomi pages with the band availability information.
There is no information about model numbers there, but it was confirmed by many users.

I have the Asian version which was bought in Hong Kong.
I can confirm it doesn't work with O2 and partly with 3 (Three)
When i say partly with 3 (Three) is because it will pick up LTE on the 1800 MHz where available and not the 800MHz
Whereas o2 is completely on the 800MHz range and therefore unhelpful.

according to the above link, you can get LTE on frequencies 1800MHz and 2600MHz depending what mobile provider you are with and the availability in your area.
Bottomline, 800MHz/Band 20 isnt supported on the C9 PRO.

SM-C900F should support 800MHz/B20.

The important numbers to look at are T-Mobile using 850/900/1800/1900 and the C9 getting 850/900/1800/1900/2100. That covers what we need for what T-Mobile calls 3G. Note: What T-Mobile calls G3 is called G4 by other companies. Thus what they call 4G is 4G LTE only. So by these numbers, T-Mobile actually gets 4G. IF I understood correctly what I read
As for 4G LTE T-Mobile uses B1/B2/B3/B4/B5 and B12.
Of the T-Mobile bands, the C9 is compatible with only B1 and B3 as well as a bunch of irrelevant ones. This means that if you are in an area where T-Mobile is using B1 or B3, you are in luck and will get 4G LTE. If not, you will have to be happy with 4G.
However, I came here trying to find out how to set it up and which of three slots to put my T-Moblile SIMM card into, so this didn't help me at all.

Ugh, I finally received the C9 Pro C900F/DS for my wife (got it from Malaysia), and turns out I was mistaken after all: It does NOT have Band 20 (I used 'LTE Discovery' app to check). I was under the assumption that Samsung's "F" models are the global variants, and always have Band 20. I guess I was wrong.

I just received the Global Version of the Mi Note 2 from Gearbest. I installed the newly released Global Rom and just connected to the Canadian Rogers Network. On my S4 I used to see a little LTE symbol beside the 4G at the top. Since I turned this on I have to see any LTE at all. Just HSPA+ which I never saw on my S4 and 3G.
Is there any way with a Qualcomm device that I can confirm what bands are supported ? I did the *#*#4636#*#* and tried forcing it into LTE only and it would not connect to the Rogers Network. So I'm a bit confused since this thing is supposed to have all the LTE bands available.

Definitely check and make sure you have the correct version by referencing the box and the links troufiniou provided above. If it is indeed the Global variant, I would recommend adjusting your APN settings

Is there any other way to check if my mi note 2 is a global version or not (except symbols on the box)?. The Mi Verification check gave me that it is the 'Device model LTE 28G' which is not rly helpfull because i can not find any information about it in internet. Much thx for help in advance.
I have same problem. APN is good (double checked with carrier). Even searching for networks doesnt show lte networks..

I did Mi Check and it showed Device Model LTE. Tried both sim slots. Shows Global version model 2015213 on the box.
My sim card is my lte card i was using with prior phone and lte was fine
Is that ROM related?

So you can't really guess what they mean by 4G (1700/2100) . So if there is a 4G antenna next to your house that emits phone signal over the fréqueny 1700 then you might have received a version that doesn't suit your need. (i guess it is some phones have 2100 some other have 1700 but not both). You should try to get the info of what frequencies are used by the different antennas in your surroundings. I give an exemple for france:

when you specify a town (if you say paris you must still zoom a little bit but not for smaller towns). Then if you look at the frequencies used by each antenna you can see the things are much more complicated than what it seems at first sight.
For exemple look the details given for a single antenna (metro oberkampf):
FH 25.5 à 26.25 GHz
3G:
UMTS 880.1 à 889.9 MHz UMTS 925.1 à 934.9 MHz UMTS 1900.1 à 1905.1 MHz UMTS 1935.3 à 1950.1 MHz UMTS 2125.3 à 2140.1 MHz

So i think these data have to be looked at carefully as it's hard to link with the commercial given data for exemple the
frequencies used in France:

UMTS 900, UMTS 2100
4G capabilities
LTE 700 (28), LTE 800 (20), LTE 1800 (3), LTE 2600 (7).
Let alone that in this listing I gave the result of one antenna belonging to only one provider.
But i Hope i have given you the track to better understand the results of your intensity signal discribed on your phone.
By the way here in France I'm almost permanently in 4g with good signal only since I have this phone because before I had a phone better suited for Algéria.
