Qualcomm Snapdragon or Exynos - Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Questions and Answers

Another dumb question...how do I tell which processor I have?

Check your model number in about device. If it ends with F/FD then it should be Exynos otherwise Snapdragon.

i9500 is the exynos 5 octa core variant
i9505 (that's what I presume you meant the title to be) is the quad core snapdragon 800 variant
i9505g is the google edition of s4 based on the quad core variant running stock android.
Edit - also, next time, post questions in the Q&A section

[Q] please help about exynos

The Exynos is capable of 64bita, we don't know if Samsung will provide it, but it is very likely.

Install custom rom from other N910 model

Hello,
I'm sorry if this should be a repost or a dumb question. I have the N910F variant with Snapdragon.
There are other models like the N910T that also have the Snapdragon processor.
Is it possible to flash a custom rom from another model with snapdragon processor to my N910F?
Which models (roms) are compatible with the N910F model?
Tnx for the information.

What variant is klte?

When a rom says klte what device does it support?

I think it's the Snapdragon SM-G900F variant. k = krait (CPU) and lte = LTE (only Qualcomm has it). Not sure though.
I was searching for the same thing and found this on another thread:
The KLTE = All S5's that are based on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 801 chipset (including the "International").
K stands for Krait, which is the name of the CPU.
Afaik there is only one octa-core Exynos based model and it's called SM-G900H.
