[REQUEST] LineageOS Please fix your status bar battery icons - LineageOS News & Discussion

Since the implementation of the new battery styles, they have dimensions issues for some devices on different dpis.
They were implemented on April 25th, 2016 by Clark Scheff (OxD34D on GitHub) yet still not fixed.
Proof (used a Moto G 2014 Titan, with display size set to 'smaller' and 'smallest', this does not happen on other sizes):
And in quick settings tile, text is not properly centered.
I kindly ask you to please fix the dimensions issues soon. Thanks in advance.

I think it would be better to file an issue in their JIRA than posting here.

They are not accepting issues reports on JIRA yet.

Yaaaa, these icons look too much ugly

JIRA is up this weekend and will probably be closed after Sunday, so make sure you get the report there.

Big Thank you to all Contributors!

These devices right out of the box just don't seem ready for market. Whether its some draconian bootloader not letting one install the ROM he wants or tweaks and settings that arent right, out of the box they leave quite a bit to be desired.
But then i comes the people of this board. As i read through the extensive wiki and went through the process of flashing new ROMs on my Hermes I really came to appreaciate the MASSIVE amount of effort put in by this community in order to allow this PDA to really live up to its potential.
So thank you to all the contributors! I couldn't have even begun this process without your help.
i agreee with you
Me too. You folks are great!!!
ditto!
I would probably have sent this thing back were it not for sleuth255 and mikechannon and goestoeleven and others working on this forum.
fortunately htc has this free resource to fix their buggy phones.
i'm still eagerly awaiting the 8525 aku3.3 update. cingular had said it was due out by feb 1st, but here it isn't. maybe it will be soon. I still wake up with a locked up phone pretty often.
thanks to all of you that have helped make this feature rich thing useable.
wes
Thank you and I too like this community

I agree with all the accolades given. I looked on this board before I bought the phone so I was prepared for what it was not when it came. I had also downloaded all the goodies and was ready to make it the way I wanted it. But since then, more and more things were discovered and shared. Right now, this phone is almost just right. There are a couple of things I am waiting for the new ROM to resolve, but it is currently the best device I have had yet.
As soon as a better toy comes out, I will quickly jump ship and take that one, but only if it has the kind of support this forum gives.

Hi guys
As there are a lot of people still hoping for a fully working Sense ROM, we decided to continue Kenia's and Chiledog's work on the GalaxySense port.
Currently we're working with the Nexus S 3G friends here on xda (links at the bottom) to make dev work faster!
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Since the Nexus S build is still having problems booting on our SGS,I will work on the latest Kenia's GalaxySense that he never released! Unfortunately it has broken WiFi,but thanks to Jurgen Taipi, one of the beta testers,we finally have a 3G fix A new release is coming in the next hours,so stay tuned!!
Unfortunately, there's a side note too: I'm the only SGS dev working at this and I don't have much free time,so releases and development are damn SLOW. I have enough beta testers,so testers applications are now closed. But if you're a dev and you have experience with ports and kernels, please, join the team, your help will be very much appreciated
Some useful links here

-Nexus S 3G

Stay tuned guys

I hope that's not true. I use them all the time for my ROM stuff. At any rate, is sense faster than touchwiz in terms of cpu usage?
I am not using a place holder, the actual ROM isn't even out to the public and I am on the developer's team...
Placeholders are *NOT* allowed
There are placeholders and then there are threads where the files are being uploaded - big difference.
Thread locked - contact me if/when you have downloads to link to.

like i said in my other post, i've been running consumer and it has no time limit. if they had a limit, im sure they would of posted it. last time i saw a time limit was on old server beta's.
there has always been time limits
http://social.technet.microsoft.com.../thread/910238eb-89dc-4d9b-87b0-e19f2aefe90a/
usually about a year
Win 8 will be no different
and what is the point in using the DP or CP still?
the whole point of the beta program is for MS to get feedback on is new OS so it can improve upon it, its not so you can have a free joy ride of its new OS, an OS that can dramatically change between the various releases.
Honestly, I really think MS should vet the people that download the betas, if they don't contribute then it explodes

I will stick with my Developers Preview.. I dont think the developers preview will expire..
The developer preview expires on the 15th of the January 2013 unfortunately. Better off going for the release preview as they both expire at the same time.

Developers Preview WILL expire, besides, your missing out on a bunch of new features and innovations that DP does not have!

My first Android game. Need opinions and comments :)

Hello guys,
few days ago i posted my first Android game on Google Play.
If you wish i would like to check it out and post your opinions and comments
I already have some features/changes in mind that i am going to implement. Currently i keep updating it at least once a week.
Just keep in mind that i want to keep this specific game as simple(from end-user perspective) as possible, without much features and options, e.x. weapons, levels, etc.
HOW TO PLAY:
Tap fast!
Tilt fast!
FEATURES:
Global scoreboard (with daily, weekly and all time scores).
Achievements.
Clean hi resolution graphics.

i like the performance and the sensibility , a little more kind of obstacles would be great for the game.
To be honest, control with tilting is a little bit too difficult for me.

Nextbit Baton offers several benefits to users, including:
Sync: Keeps apps and data in sync across multiple devices, allowing users to move fluidly from one device to the next without missing a beat.
Pass: Send any open app in its current state to another device, saving time and eliminating the tedious process of manually finding and opening apps on different devices.
Backup and restore: Save apps and data to your Nextbit profile in the cloud, so you can always get your apps back on any device.
Nextbit’s private beta is exclusively on CyanogenMod, the leading open-source, community-driven Android OS backed by Cyanogen Inc. The future public release of Nextbit will be available first on the commercially distributed Cyanogen operating system.
“Cyanogen continues to reimagine Android by introducing bold new firsts,” said Kirt McMaster, CEO of Cyanogen. “Nextbit represents one of these platform firsts that could only manifest on a truly open Android. We enable Baton to become a native OS level feature, creating huge benefit for our users.”
