Have you tryied to wipe internal storage?
Ya i wipe internal storage also. But still this promblem is occur.

Hi ,
I was flashing my jasjam using sspl-herm and a 6.1 rom ,
While upgrading the progress bar reached the end but it stayed saying upgrade in progress , it took too longer than normal and i knew it wouldnt continue so i soft resetted the phone ,
now it's stuck in the splash screen before even the windows loading.
Plz plz plz help....
if you can access bootloader
a) if you dont have hardspl installed already, install it or you're going to be screwed soon.
if you can access bootloader, pop the nbf file onto your microsd <2gb as HERMIMG.NBH insert it into the phone and follow onscreen instructions.
flashing via SD is always a safer bet anyway.

1st I tried hard resetting and it didnt work
2nd I DONT have hard spl
3rd I get into bootloader , i plug the usb cable but i cant flash , the ruuwrapper program says error during upgrade , i think it cant access the phone first coz the mobile device icon in my computer is emtpy , second activesync says not connected(although it tries to) and device manager reads an " htc usb sync " drive but no letter or something
Still no luck , any help ??

Recently I have bought an HTC Magic from eBay , it has a "T Mobile " logo at the top of it , so I presume it's the myTouch 3G version (That also what that appears at the opening screen) .
I'm locally staying in the middle east , the phone was sent to me from NY , it's an unlocked phone (according to the seller )
I have turn on the phone , insert my SIM card , but couldn't pass through the gmail account screen , I can't access google's servers , and therefore can't continue using the phone (can't keep going through that screen)
I was trying to change then network setting and changed it to my carrier , (I can't turn on the wifi too - if there is any way to do so ?)
I have download few Roms and recoveries and placed them at the SD card , while booting -( HBOOT) the device couldn't locate the Roms , and therefore couldn't make an installation of new ROMS
I have called HTC costumer care in the UK , but they couldn't help my that much.
Basically , what I was thinking to do is to try to wipe out the current operation system and install a new one , doing that using only the HBOOT menu , (I presume the phone is consider to be NOT rooted )
I'm quite newbie in this field , and I'd like to receive some advices cause I'm pretty stuck in with this ,
what shall I do next ?

and the two sims be inactive and restart the network and give me the message again !!!

Download the file below and run it in compatibility mode (if u using win8 /win7) ,install the program with cell phone conected,when the program start go to Customer support then go to last option Recovery Phone, to IMEI/ESN/MEID click on check box and wait . u follow the instructions from the program ,you will need internet conection

first , Thanks for trying to help me
second , I've tried it more than once and tried factory reset from mobile and erased all the data , but the phone only work good till it shutdown or restart and then it go back to the same error !!

u should try to do that,the recover will replace all your file system,the hard reset don t do that....
hello guys
after spending hours and days trying to fix it i have no more ideas ...
Several Problems:
Just without any reasons one day i was not able to start the tablet ....
only the boot screen was shown and nothing more...
so i flashed it with a stock rom , doesn't remember the version after booting it shows the message : all pre-install processes complete ! enter your passwort :

i ve never entered a passwort so it makes no sence for me ....
after that i tried to install another stock rom: copied an update.zip to the xternal sd card , but when i start the recovery it only shows the green android guy with exclamation mark ..
so far so good no way to enter android because of the missing passwort, no access to recovery mode , to load the update.zip doesn t work , also hard reset doesn t work ...
maybe somebody can helb me how to use the update.zip with the external sd card correctly ... i think his must be the right way ..???
or is there any possibility to install custom recovery without entering android ?

update1: so now he show me 2 sim cards, but only one IMEI in the system options. Is this correct?
now i became the follow error message when i turn on the device: Your device has failed verification and may not work properly" message on boot error

So i will write it down on english for the first time.
What i have to do when i have "un-locked" my device ? It seems that my device have make a factory reset after this and the only thing what is different now as before is that at start it say the device is unlocked..
what are the next steps?
I'm using the Huawei O9 Lite [VNS-L21/L22/L31] Toolkit - 0.0.0.8
Do i have to lock it in the next step or do i have to flash it with "oeminfo.img" from L31_DS_C432_by_k1ll3r8e ? so how ?

Heyho,
normally u only need to follow the steps under "Dual-Sim -> Preparation (Vorbereitung)" if u do everything described there, u'll have dual-sim activated in the end.
