please help!! after ROM upgrade the device stuck completely!

please expert guys help ...
i have new leo with ROM 1.43 today after trying to upgrade to ROM 1.66 I did everything as asked, the installer began , with all the colours on the leo display then it started the percent completion counter , and after 2% it wrote me error something , and the leo restarted but stuck in the white start up menu with the green HTC icon and below the R G D information but the device doesnt proceed further and stuck here !!!
please help !!!!

did you install HSPL before trying to install the ROM?

no i didnt try to install anything !
no i didnt try to install anything ! , just started the intallation file ROM arabic-english , and did what i asked to do !

if i didnt install hspl what can i do ?
can i take the device to the shop i bought it from and use the warranty ?

well, no...did you get the file from HTC direct or off here? your phone could be vendor locked to your provider so if you can get the original ROM that was on your phone you can flash that back on...
you should really read into things before jumping in at the deep end...

well i have an inlocked device ...
o bought the device in europe , but i am from israel , htc sent me notification about new arabic ROM with link , i tried with my serial to download but couldnt , it wrote me "this upload not compatible with ur device" , i downloaded it from here XDA developers , but it went wrong !! , the problem that the phone stuck in the loader menu , before uploading the sense interface , and i have no connection between the pc and the phone "no active sync" so how can i reinstall the older version or make the phone load again ?!!?!! plz help !

you need the original ROM and a connection to your PC. run activesync as even not working it should connect up...

no there is no connection the device centre says not connected
the phone is not responding and the pc doesnot establish connection with it , i am stuck with loading menu with the R 2.04.50.22~2

from there nothing moving , if i do soft reset it , it stucks again in the same menu !!!
i didnt install HSPL , and i guess i tried to install not the correct region ROM upgrade , the phone was purshased in lithuania , but htc offerd me middle eastern ROM because i want the arabic - hebrew support !

You could try installing the Shipped ROM via microsd card method. Just make sure your battery is above 50%. then follow these steps:
1. Using 7Zip, Open your Shipped ROM.exe (You need your exact shipped ROM for this, anything else will give you the error you got)
2. Look for the "RUU_signed.nbh" (without the quotes)
3. Copy RUU_signed.nbh to your microsd card AFTER formatting the microsd as FAT32 (quick format works well enough, using Win 7)
4. Rename 'RUU_signed.nbh" to "LEOIMG.nbh" (again, without the quotes)
5. Take out the HD2 Battery and insert microsd card in slot.
6. Put Battery Back on and hold the "Vol Down" key while pressing the Power key
7. Follow the instructions on the screen... (remember you need at least 50% battery power just to make sure everything goes as planned)
8. Soft Reset after your done and you have a "Fresh" Shipped ROM on your HD2!
Optional:
9. Install HSPL (use the guide that's been stickied in the ROM Dev Section)
10.Flash the ROM of your choice via MicroSD method or activesync (again, please read the Stickied guides in the ROM Dev Section)

total storage 328 instead of 180 !!!
well i didnt need anything to do, i pressed and hold the up vol. and down volume and pressed the power key , it did a hardreset and my old ROM back to me , though i noticed strange thing !!!
after the hardreset back to my old ROM i checked the SD card & phone storage and i found that i have now total storage 328 instead of 180 !!!
but then i upgraded my ROM this time with legal one from HTC support site , and the total storage got back to 180 again !!!
anybody knows what happened here ?!

Bricked Jasjam , plz help

Hi ,
I was flashing my jasjam using sspl-herm and a 6.1 rom ,
While upgrading the progress bar reached the end but it stayed saying upgrade in progress , it took too longer than normal and i knew it wouldnt continue so i soft resetted the phone ,
now it's stuck in the splash screen before even the windows loading.
Plz plz plz help....

if you can access bootloader
a) if you dont have hardspl installed already, install it or you're going to be screwed soon.
if you can access bootloader, pop the nbf file onto your microsd <2gb as HERMIMG.NBH insert it into the phone and follow onscreen instructions.
flashing via SD is always a safer bet anyway.

1st I tried hard resetting and it didnt work
2nd I DONT have hard spl
3rd I get into bootloader , i plug the usb cable but i cant flash , the ruuwrapper program says error during upgrade , i think it cant access the phone first coz the mobile device icon in my computer is emtpy , second activesync says not connected(although it tries to) and device manager reads an " htc usb sync " drive but no letter or something
Still no luck , any help ??

[Q] NAND Recovery Option´s on Crashed Android

so maybe a stupid Question but can someone tell me something about the Recovery or Hardreset option´s .
Just for the case i make some " mistakes " on the Android-System after a few day´s ,
and it will no longer work and there is no way to Connect to an PC to flash a new one.
So the Question how about the Recovery Option´s ( Hardreset )

any experience ?

no recovery option yet. may be you can reinstall the system again?

Try out flash boot.img if not work restore nandroid backup or install new ROM

the phone is just stuck in a boot-loop; first try to do a wipe from the recovery if the problem persists .. install a new rom.

Hi,
When I turn on my tattoo it goes to aeroplane mode and then acore process stopped. Any advice?

to be honest booting in TATTOO only is the best ; take less time and doesn't drain the battery

Connect your phone with PC via USB. Enter the recovery, and place boot.img file on your SD card.
Re-install ROM and it should boot up with in no time.

hi every one
i installed android on my htc hd mini then after a month i tired
when i want to turn it back to win phone
i download a win mobile rom
and get in three color mode
but i only get errors (the android was working with nand)
iget in recovery and unistall the android then tryed again but nothing
i do factory reset . i suck . now i dont have recovery and any system to boot
when i turn it on it freez in 5 lines green text
plz HELP

can you give the exact text that appears.
does it goes in recovery mode now.
