FenomenalMod is v9 now, better you erase version no. Becoz kernelz are updating weekly so you have to update version number everytime, and alpha kernel is out of development so it will better to remove

I checked the stagefright detector and it seems to be vulnereble to the "CVE-2015-6602" I asume is a new vulnerability and motorola haven´t patched yet.
I have installed the rom an hour ago and everything works as expected, so nothing else to report, if I find anything strange i will tell you.

stagefright was fixed in last update, so I would certainly expect this ROM to have that patch. also, I believe that this thread should be moved to the Development section, not in general. you may need a mod to help out.

Above thread has screenshots of XT1052 with update and shows that the above vulnerability is not fixed yet. It's the only one thats not fixed.

It comes with Chinese bloatware, Bugs and it don't have the integrated functions like gesture and alert slider settings.
Steps:
1) If you are on OOS 2.X.X bootloader upgrade to to 3.X.X bootloader.
2) Flash the modified version of TWRP for MIUI or one from bluspark or Nachiket.Namjoshi

1) Download the ROM on a pc
2) Open using 7-zip and navigate thru META > com> google> android
3) Doble click updater-script and Open it with Notepad ++
4) Delete the first two lines and make the third line first (hope you understand)
5) Now save it 7-zip asks you to update the zip. DO IT!

You can flash it without modifying the updater script using the new TWRP.Also to mention ,installation will take time as package is extracted through the old way.

[ROM] Stock Nougat 7.x Moto Z (unlocked Versions)

I was thinking of contributing to our community for long time..
Thanks to @erfanoabdi for his helps and encouraging me to build this rom.
here is my first TWRP flashable rom for Moto Z based on Android Nougat on Moto Z (All Unlocked Versions) cooked with SuperR's Kitchen
Its a work in progress so dont expect too much ...

After flashing it with TWRP you need to use adb sideload (TWRP -> Advanced -> ADB Sideload) and flash UPDATE-AnyKernel2.zip (will remove this step in next build)
ROOT : (OPTIONAL)
Use adb sideload (TWRP -> Advanced -> ADB Sideload) and flash superuser-r259.zip to get systemless Root access.
Reboot
Install phh's SuperUser From PlayStore if you rooted with superuser-r259
I tested it on my Moto Z XT1650-03 GRIFFIN RETMX 7.0 NPL25.86-15 and upgraded it to XT1650-03 GRIFFIN TELUS 7.0 NPL25.86-30

No error msgs..everything looks OK, I can switch it on/off but but nothing happens..

U have to update till 3.1.161 then u can update name update.zip....i will not recommend 1.9

Just updated..bug i've encountered so far is the front-rear switching of camera..camera forced close after tapping the switch button,but will take effect after reopening the camera

Thank you for posting this info and links! I am now running the Indian 2.5ST rom on my Zuk z2. It looks like the Indian rom is not being updated anymore, so I would like to switch to the Chinese ROM.
What Chinese ROM version should I first flash to receive OTA updates to the newest 3.5.315 version? I am a noob in this stuff so any help would be appreciated

Rename as "updated.zip" only
- Paste this file under phone storage
- Remember not in any folder
Phone battery more than 50%
- Go to update app
- Click on three dots, Select recovery and phone reboot to recovery
- Select English
- Click on install update
- Wait till complete and after successfully installed restart your phone

I have 3.5.243 DEV with unlock bootloader and magisk. Can i install this ota from custom recovery or twrp?

A brief review about the ROM? Is it better over other custom roms for stability?
