Hello I come here to help you give root access on the Galaxy J3 J320X
In case it helps those who did not get root.
If you have installed the update that samsung supplied from 300 ~ 200Mb, you will have to reinstall rom stock.
Is in case you are asked to upgrade refuse. (it's a useless update)
Now do the root process again and see if it worked
I hope I have helped

[Q] root and updates

I'm new here, read thousands of posts which helped me out over the last 2 years. You guys are great and the service you provide is unbelievable!
After almost 2 years with my faithful Nexus one(no root) I am now a happy and proud owner of a Note. The unit I bought came rooted (I think) because or the need for right to left language(Hebrew). Super User is installed. Root Check was unable to return a result. If super user is installed does that mean the phone is rooted? If so is there anyway to get the original system back? In the case of the root will I be able to easily install the 4.0 update if and when it comes?
thanks!

Root & then ROM choice

Hi Guys,
It's been while since I rooted my phone or did any serious mods on my phone ... was waiting for the warranty of my S4 to run out!
Now that, that's over can you guys guide me on the following ....
(PS. Am Using the S4 (Indian latest August INU stock ROM from www.sammobile.com/firmwares/1/?model=GT-I9500&pcode=INU#firmware
a) Which is the best and safest Root method for the i9500? I once used the CF-Root method here but then went back to stock as there were no serious work on custom ROMS back then.
b) Once rooted, can you'll guide me to a couple of custom ROMS to start with .... once I've gone through a few suggested ROMS I guess I'll be confident enough to explore the ocean .... remember it's I9500
c) I've heard (rather read on and of) about "Xposed". Would prefer if the ROM incorporates this and then a guide to where I can find the various bits a pieces of Xposed.
Looking forward to your assistance as I hope to go live with my new look phone from the 1st of October
Thanks & Cheers

Can someone atleast tell me if I can use the CF-root method and if that is the safest way to go about rooting?
Thanks

a. Sure its safe.
B. Just try it out for yourself
C. There is an entire section on xda dedicated to xposed. You can find everything you want there.

How to root Samsung galaxy A5

I have Samsung galaxy A5, SM-A500H. Running Android 5.0.2, downloaded from here. I want to root it.
The only root available right now AFAIK, is CF-Auto-Root, as described here for example. But this root breaks everything, all the apps stop running when you reboot the phone and you have reinstall the firmware, it doesn't work.
Is there another way to root my device?

the method you suggest, is great, i always wanted to know how that's done but can't do it, since it will require me to reflash the phone and reinstall the rom
This answer is for future users
first if you want to upgrade to 5.02

I use the unknown carrier but you could pick any. just create an account there first.
and to root it, the only safe way, all other ways, it will break it, so again the only safe way to root that thing

didn't work before, now is working, download the apk, root it, takes 5 min, restart your phone, have a nice day

Root and flash Google apps on Samsung galaxy on7

Hi guys,
I just bought an Samsung galaxy on7 from China, but obviously doesn't have any gapps. Searched around some say it will root but I have tried everything Root APK's etc. I bricked it once and then I restored stock rom flashing via ODIN. but no luck on Gapps.
Please is there any way to install gapps on this Chinese device? (its orginal samsung galaxy on7 )
thanks,
Anyone?
i want know too ,please
as this is a China-only device, most developers who have access must be on Chinese forums.. Quite tricky to ask for help

i am at loggerheads, too, to restore my Samsung Galaxy On7 to working condition with Google Play Store, et AL..,
first i tried to ROOT it via tried and tested methods (i tried ALL working pre-Lollipop root strategies) but this one is a tough NUT to crack! so needless to say, KNOX kicked in and eventually soft-bricked my device
so i used a "Stock ROM" i found on sammobile to restore it but to my surprise there was no Google Apps, so i am in a position that is WORSE than back to square one because i am ZERO, i am NOT ROOT and i lost Gapps which i cannot restore either
any help on this will be greatly appreciated, as all solution i found on Chinese Forums so far are all paid, see:
1. Samsung SM-G6000ZCU2APA1 ROOT SU2.70 https://translate.google.com/transl...=http://www.sxsjroot.com/thread-8640-1-1.html
2. This links to a paid download from this thread here: http://bbs.xxroot.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=1217&extra=&page=1
3. This is a ROSTER of cache on Baidu that lists ROOT solution and they are all paid, i am willing to pay, but is this even legit? or really working? or just a rip off? we'll never know i won't risk paying online before seeing / trying the merchandise without any guarantee.
my device model number is: SM-G6000, quite different from India/Brazil or Korea models, so maybe those have different hardware that won't work for us if we use their img/Firmware, which is more common online
what do you think guys? what is your model number toyotacar2?

success: Root and flash Google apps on Samsung galaxy on7
Hello ,
I also have a On7 G6000 and I finally managed to get gapps into it. I followed the guidelines from here -( ministry of solutions on you tube or the website)
however for it to work I had to flash the phone with this firmware , G6000ZCU2APA1 (downloaded from sammobile). Once I did that , the whole process went very well
hi, Raymach.. which guidelines? where is the Link?

Update to 5.9.026s with rooted Le Pro 3

Hi everyone,
3 weeks ago I received my Le Pro 3 with original multilingual software (german).
Since there were too many useless Chinese apps I decided to root my device and delete all the unnecessary stuff.
Now a new Update (5.9.026s) has been released and I tried several ways to upgrade.
None of them are working.
I hope you can help me out and tell me if there is a possibility to upgrade without flashing the stock firmware via twrp first.
Thanks in advance
No way - afaik. Since KitKat its impossible to get OTA-Updates with a modified device. You have to go back to Stock without root first - you'll find a lot of howto's in this forum. But after all i read here about this 026S-update i guess it isn't worth the whole procedure. I'm pretty satisfied with my debloated 023S-Stock rom and I wouldn't change a thing until there comes an offical Nougat-update maybe some fine day!

Thanks.
I guess I'm waiting for an official Nougat-Update too for going back to stock and upgrading.
