TWRP unable to factory reset & access to sdcard [solved] - Xiaomi Redmi Pro Questions & Answers

After unlocking bootloader and installing TWRP, it's impossible to access & mount sdcard, data and do a factory reset. Only you can install a ROM from external micro SD card.
Then, installing bastboot original ROM you can do a factory reset using settings, but after installing TWRP problem comes again. Any idea?

i think you must install supersu from twrp to do that.

Thanks, I'll try

Solved:
in TWRP Wipe -> advanced wipe, select data -> Repair or change file system -> change file system -> EXT4
Wipe -> advanced wipe, select all but Micro SDcard -> Swipe to Wipe

mount error is coming
but still that mount error is coming

[Q] CWM Recovery in I9508

I saw this topic and follow the tutorial post number #9: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2347186
I install the CWM and ODIN appears that installed okay, but when I press the volume up button + power + home enters the recovery menu own android, with the following options: Reboot System now / Apply update from ADV / Apply update from external storage / Wipe data Factory reset / wipe cache partition / Apply update from cache.
I also already tried to install philz version of my phone, but the same thing happens.
I saw the topic that the guy managed to install the TWRP, but I do not know which version of TWRP can use in my cell phone.

Solution:
Factory reset your mobile through settings then turn it off (when it is booting)
boot to recovery and now wipe cache and reboot
it will fix

HTC Desire 816 A5_DUG bricked, I need a solution to fix my phone

Hi everyone, I need help!
It all started when I wanted to install [ROM] [5.0.2] Official CyanogenMod 12 for Desire 816 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/des...unofficial-cyanogenmod-12-desire-816-t2936550) to my phone. Then it said an error. Afterwards I tried to install it anyway so I wiped data/factory reset, wiped cache partition and the format system. Then I would stuck at bootloader. I can acces CWM recovery (v6.0.4.7) but I couldn't do anything. I tried to install other roms, same error. Now I got to the point where it couldn't mount sdcard, cache and so on. Also I tried using RUU zip files but none of them worked in fastboot. Here is everything I know about my device.

Thanks for help in advance.
Try installing twrp recovery and then try flashing the rom of your choice.

Flash the stock rom from mi flash to fix it
Hey, better fire TWRP -> wipe -> format data -> type yes and swipe then again wipe dalvik, cache, internal storage and try to flash any custom rom. Hope this help if still you face the problem use mi flash to flash stock firmware via fastboot mode. and you would be good to go.
Happy flashing.

Rooted, asked to erase all data, data was erased, started the backup, but no root...

So I used Odin to flash the .md5 file for the J530F, I got the "PASS" in ODIN:

}
After the reboot I got a verifaction failed error and asked to erase all data, I pressed yes, waited for it to finish then started the backup that i had created with Google account. Phone is back to normal now and not rooted for some reason....
What am I doing wrong?
I also tried the other method, use TWRP for J530F instead of the md5 directly, followed all instructions, cleared the whole data to factory settings, installed supersu through TWRP, reboot, download the backup data, SuperSu no longer installed and no root either.....
Hello are you using cf auto root for rooting your phone? If yes. Please do follow this guide
