I had made a backup of my Moto E as I had to return the phone to Flipkart and get a new moto e from them as it was giving problems and i did it by using this application and it made the backup pretty fast. Sometimes it also says no device connected when checked at connection status but my phone is connected via usb and mobogenie is working.
But now when i am trying to put that backup in my new phone it is saying lease unlock your device and allow restore, Be patient." and after that nothing comes or starts.
Please help

Did u checked ? Settings/Security/Unknown sources [Check this Option]
if already done _
During restore unlock ur device because it's asking for permission u need to allow it_ Through Phone to continue_

Hi, For while i try Root my Vivo Air and don't get much success with it... so i try a new ADB Driver* and that works :highfive:
Using vRoot you can easy root your phone BUT the problem is the Chinese SuperSU... so i get on Google a Script who Replace the Chinese SU to XDA's @Chainfire SuperSU :highfive:
So follow the Steps ;D
1 - Download vRoot , ADB installer (Just to have sure about the drivers) , Google ADB Driver Modificated to Vivo Air (Driver without Signature =/ ) and WolfDroid Script
2 - Install vRoot and ADB Installer on computer ;D
3 - Turn ON the USB Debugging ... (if you put the cable but don't appear the option to turn it on, go on settings -> about Device and click over "Build Number" 5 times to get developer Mode, than you go back and enter on Developer Options and turn on USB Debugging)
4 - than put the cable and wait the computer says about missing driver... than unzip the "Blu Vivo Air.rar"(Google Generic ADB Driver modificated to BLU Vivo Air) and go on device manager and follow the photo steps on FAQ above
5 - now turn off the Antivirus Firewall to ADB Daemon Server can Work without any restrictions
6 - execute vRoot and follow the steps on screen (Any doubts search on Youtube how to follow that) and at final step on rooting the phone will restart and maybe the computer recognized a MT65xx Driver installation but that isn't need to root... than he will show Rooted status on vRoot program
7- after all that you allow file copy to get acess to internal storage from phone to put the Folder MRW from WolfDroid Script.zip on phone and follow this steps from this official video from WolfDroid (Just to remember, is need to install a Terminal emulator app from google market to do this step)
8 - after replace the chinese SU to SuperSU you go to google market and update the SuperSU to lasted update and execute SuperSU to update the binaries and reboot
9 - Finish the process ;D

I am having issues getting a custom recovery installed on this phone . I tried an app that allowed to choosed twrp or cwm and it installs succesfully but when i reboot recovery it still bots to stock. Being there is no option in dev options to unlock oem bootloader I belive this is causing the issue. Any ideas or links . Thanks in advanced

You're using it wrongly. Run the command from command prompt, not from python.
PS: please don't quote the whole op. This makes surfing the thread more harder.

Sorry about it! Can you amke a video to procedure this tool?
I installed python3 64 bit on my Win10. Paste rom to extracted tool folder. Open command to run this script but it don't work. :crying:

I did get it to work, but I had to make a change.
In the command prompt window enter: python miui_arb_checker.py <file_to_check>
Note: I had to change the original (python3 miui_arb_checker.py <file_to_check>) to (python miui_arb_checker.py <file_to_check>)

Like, in the app magisk manager it says ''not available'' and in orangefox's magisk manager tab it shows my installed modules.

yeah u can but flash the zip.
then reboot to recovery to access it
tho it automatically reboots to recovery after you flashed orangefox.

Yes u can

It behaves strange in slot A: PC don't see sdcard and reboot options doesn't work. In slot B everything is fine, love it . Do you know what's wrong?
UPD: Now it doesn't want wipe data after reflash on either slot Have to return to losrecovery

That's subjective. U may like twrp , ofx or other. Orangefox have much feature. So, try all other recovery n decide

I have never installed a recovery, I tried 1 year ago and ended up bricking the phone. I managed to unblock it without TEST POINTS. Something quite rare.
