That would be samsung knox.
If you are rooted you can freeze these in Titanium Backup but it still might come back. Started with 4.3 I believe

Need more information. Which app are you trying to launch? What happens when you click on update? Have you tried to clear the cache and data of the app and blackberry services? Have you factory reset the device?

Managed to fix it. Deleted all apps associated with Google...

Samsung app says phone is out of warranty????

According to a poster on Samsung's forums the issue is on Samsung's end and is nothing to worry about.

Maybe by this more are going for the extended service.
