Need more information. Which app are you trying to launch? What happens when you click on update? Have you tried to clear the cache and data of the app and blackberry services? Have you factory reset the device?
Managed to fix it. Deleted all apps associated with Google...

That would be samsung knox.
If you are rooted you can freeze these in Titanium Backup but it still might come back. Started with 4.3 I believe

Idk this just started happening need help I've tried everything deleted app and down graded app I force stop it like I've done everything help. I've signed in and out of my account as well.
