Hello everybody, my p9 lite has very shaking gyroscope I cannot see 360 facebook picture or YouTube video because it shakes very hard, any fix for it? Do you have same issue?
P9 Lite doesn't have gyroscope.

Same issue here. I think there is some system gyroscope emulator on the P9 lite, so we can use this feature in 360 pictures. No the case in pokemon go. So there should be a sensor calibrator somewhere on a hidden menu but Idk the code for access.

Compass app will not work since there is no Magnetometer.
About gyro, please install Sensor Kinetics app from playstore and see if the gyroscope is working.

Bcoz Other spec. checking app may have. missed checking Magnetic field sensor
Also In Gadgetstouse review He said GPS Navigation worked if so then Offline Compass should work !!!

Hmm than it probably will in the future, they must have updated the kernel for that to work.
For "real buttons" : do you have TouchPlus option on your Huawei p8 max? There are screen protectors for P8 that have buttons in them, with those screen protectors you can disable on screen buttons. But i dont know if they are available for Max, havent found them

P8 does not overheat..? I never had that problem. Im on B132

Yes, has FM radio. Requires headset wire to be plugged in. Has option to listen through the headset or loudspeaker (still requires wire to be plugged in).

No Google Contacts Syncing
I just received my P8Max - Great phone!!
Having problems getting google contacts to sync. I have installed Google Play?services from the Huawei app store, and all the other google sync happens OK (gmail, photos etc), but there isn't an option in the google account section in settings (all the others are in there).
Is there anyway to sort this please?

Thanks for the reply, I've now sorted it, I didn't have Google contact sync apk installed, a quick search found it for me.
The only problem with the Bluetooth method you suggested is it doesn't sync any changes, but thanks for the help anyways.

I've purchased a Cardboard for a friend, however he has an Android phone (quite a new phone too, 1080p screen, but Chinese), which doesn't have a compass/gyroscope sensor. It does have an accelerometer though.
Does anyone know of any cardboard apps that work without a gyro/compass?

Try NOMone VR Browser. It's perfectly usable if you connect a mouse or use the mouse mode (press "Fn + D") in a bluetooth VR controller. Now you can have almost everything in normal web for you in VR

There aren't a lot of apps that don't require the compass. The best technique to find them out it test then

Excuse me, but are you talking about a gyroscope? If so, you can check out Xposed module that could replace the functionalities of a gyroscope.

I have already check those but I would trust more if some user from this forum would make test.
After two months of use in running, completely unfinished, like many Chinese products, simplistic Hplus application.
Could be good but would require a very very big firmware update, and a serious and intensive work for developers. Only the price is good but if it doesn't work properly it's not a good thing.
When I use gps and record a run or bike there is no map background?how do I see the recorded track on a map background?
I have one, and the sensors works. But, the app to sync data, is a piece of crap.
Using the hplus+ app on a Xiaomi Mi A1, by locking the screen and trying to unlock with the fingerprint, the smartphone simply reboots. That's in Android 8.0.
It's an app compatibility problem, because when I uninstall it, it returns to normal. Is there any other ap that works right?

Yes, they work very well, except temperature, biased with corporal heat, but nothing very important. Main sensors such as GPS, barometer and altimeter work very fine.
