It told me expect 4-6 weeks
Still haven't received tracking info email, but I checked FedEx and it says I have a package expected tomorrow.

When I submitted the claim it said 4-6 weeks to process and 12 weeks to ship. I submitted the form on 8/19 before 5pm.

But it can be hit and miss. I received notification and a tracking number from FedEx that a label was created on August 23rd with no expected arrival date. And it hasn't updated yet.
It'll be my luck that it fell off the conveyor belt and will be found next year.

I still have N7 device returns pending. I think the system is pretty glitched. Doesn't make a big impact on the purchase however. Once you get the shipping email (not the estimated date, an actual separate shipping email), you will get your device in a couple days. Good luck to all!

Very strange
I,ve heard from someone that they might be calling orders up to imform them tonite, but truthfully dont like the way bestbuy is handling this. They have to have them in their stock room by now, so why not just shoot an email to those of us patiently waiting.
Just got an email from Bestbuy telling me I can pick up my order starting tomorrow but no later than Saturday.
Unfortunately for BestBuy and Sprint, I have decided to switch to AT&T and bought a TMo phone in the interim. The Note 4 is waiting on my doorstep as I type.
Still haven't heard anything for the Verizon Note 4 yet fromBBY. Rumors are showing that Verizon is now launching with everyone else tomorrow, but I can't find anything to confirm this.

I can tell that bestbuy here on long island is playing games. The girl rep I spoke to sounded arrogant and they are playing a power trip. According to her I will get an email to,morrow morning. No one gets shipment early in the morning. If I dont hear anything by 8'pm tonitemim going in and cancelling it. I have a rep,from,at&t holding one for me for tommorrow anyway. Id rathermnot give bestbuy my business. I hate how they do business.

Arrogant employee's in my opinion. It was 4:50, walked into the commack store, and told them to just cancel. I had called AT&T store near me, they couldn't be nicer. Salesman wanted to sell me phone today, but manager wouldn't let. They put one in safe for me, its 100 per cent guarantee....no emails from best buy, and they have nerve to say they haven't received shipment. Thats a crock, cause I know for a fact AT&T had their phones in the back for a week now, won't deal with Bestbuy again if I can help it. Im done. Good luck to all.
Yep...it's finally here, in my hands, and drop-dead beautiful.
Arrived with 5.1 installed - no update required.
The Verizon sim card was already installed in it too, so activation was a breeze.
NFC 'tap' allowed me to transfer my accounts from my Note 2....
Gorgeous phone. Beautiful.
Insanely fast. I have never seen speed like this in any device.
It's charging in my wireless Qi cradle now - while wearing the portfolio case. Nice.
The Note was a trusty companion. But it's time for a new era.

Cool didn't know you could do that. I always have root on my phones so I just copied from the old one. Rooted the Nexus 6 out of the box with WugFresh's toolkit and was in business. Just used the same tool tonight to jump to your version of Android.
Been on Verizon for a few weeks and she is a screamer for sure.

If you make a FedEx account you should be able to electronically sign for it so that they'll leave it at the door.
Probably too late for that to take effect. I'll just leave work early lol

In dealing with fed ex deliveries in the past that require a signature, I have left a signed note saying to leave the package. This has always worked for me.

Ordered on the day it went live online. It shipped early. If I had done overnight shipping it would have been here yesterday

Same here got it yesterday confirmation for both netflix code and gear vr. enter the netflix code last night on my roku 1 year free... awesome!!!

Just got the second approval email and netflix code used one email for both phones. I was approved for both phones, but submitted on seperated dates, the April 1st ship date email when out yesterday and I submitted 3/7 and the April 18th ship date email went out today and I submitted 3/11.
I got everything already. VR came today. Netflix code last night.
I placed my order on the 13th at bestbuy. Got my watch but waiting for phone. Let me know if anyone that ordered from bestbuy have any updates.

Ordered on the 7th. No movement. I don't expect to see it until the 19th.
Placed my preorder in store on the 3rd for store pickup. No email yet, but I am hopeful. Maybe early pickup tomorrow. If not, I will be there waiting first thing Friday morning.

If you're waiting for a Note 7 from you pre-order, contact other area Best Buys and see if they have one in their inventory. Then have the BB that you did the pre-order with set up a transfer arrangement and you can have the store with the inventory send a unit to the store you did the pre-order from, and then have that store cancel the pre-order. I had to do that myself to get my Note 7 and it DOES work...just have to have managers who are trying to be nice.
