Need help on which Nexus 7 Image to download - Nexus 7 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Basically as alot of Nexus 7 users have previously noticed lollipop 5.1.1 slows down the device greatly.I have a Nexus 7 2012 WI-FI and i need to find a suitable factory image to download.I want to downgrade my Nexus 7 from 5.1.1 to 4.4.4.However i cannot find a download on the Google page.If anyone knows how to downgrade from 5.1.1 (LMY47V) to 4.4.4 can you please send me instructions or a link to download a image or an alternative on how to do so! Thanks for the help in advance

search google for "nexus 7 stock rom", it is listed under "nakasi" for nexus 7 (not grouper)
I would post the link but I am a new member and the forum doesn't let me post outside links

Anyone got KRT16S ota on Nexus 7 2013 LTE?

I saw Nexus 7 2013 LTE KRT16S factory image.
But i have not seen ota link of Nexus 7 2013 LTE.
Anyone got it?

Don't know what is going on with deb/LTE.
KRT16S OTA was a patch of the KRT16O OTA.
You guys don't even have the KRT16O OTA.
BTW the radio and bootloader for KRT16S are the same as KRT16O.
My Nexus 7 2013 LTE have KRT16O. But nothing happened. Just touch "Check now" continuosly.
If who first got KRT16S ota image, please do not update and just put the usb cable on device with USB debugging, and kindly request "adb log" it.
Then we will get the google OTA filename and will be upgrade as adb sideloader.
Thank you guyz

There is a Stock Firmware Image thread in Development:

Any Firmware Image requests must be made on Firmware-Team's own forum:

I have tried to post in Firmware-Team's forum for this. Unfortunately, I can't even register. Clicking register from any page simply throws up a 403 with a 404 for the error pages. So it's not possible (for new users, anyway) to request firmware on the Firmware-Team forum. Aside from this issue, another user requested 4.4.4 for the Boost XT1031 (though they erroneously labeled the request as Blur version 175.44.1 instead of 210.12.57), but no one has responded. Is there anything anyone else could do at this point to resolve this? I also need the stock 4.4.4 update for Boost Mobile. Unfortunately, the ones that are floating around are not in the same format as the ones on the Firmware-Team site.
A team member has responded. The Firmware Image is not available at this time. There is often a delay of days / weeks between FOTA release and Firmware Image availability.

There you go
He asked for Android "N" not the latest factory images
I believe you go to : http://google.com/android/beta
then enroll your device and wait for the OTA.

Please Help Me....

Hi,Guys Please Help Me!i have a p8 lite model ALE-L21C02B130!,how can i get marshmallow on the device(i am from south Africa)and will like the official version any help will be appreciated....
The first place to check is MENU - SETTINGS - ABOUT PHONE - SOFTWARE VERSION - CHECK FOR UPDATES. If the OTA notification doesn't show up then it's possible your carrier hasn't release the OTA yet. Also, if the update notification doesn't show up, you will need a PC or laptop to download the official firmware and perform the installation.
I also just went back and looked at the P8 Lite General Forum and there is a thread that appears to be dedicated to updating your P8 Lite from Lollipop to Marshmallow. That is where I would start.
Sent from my Nexus 6 using XDA-Developers mobile app
i have checked there is no update available what with you recommend me doing waiting for carrier or flash it this way the device is (brand new)
If it were me and I wanted the official 6.0.1 MM I would flash it myself which is what I always do anyways. It doesn't matter to me if my device is brand new or not. I would read through the P8 Lite General Forum. There are several threads about updating to the latest 6.0.1 MM firmware and the region they are for. Where are you located? That will help you in finding the correct firmware to download and install.

I found a tutorial for upgrading manually. You have to download the update from the huawei server and put it on a sd card. In the settings you can choose "Local update" (i don't know the exact expression, im from germany). You can try it with HiCare also, but i don't know if this works...
For bad english: Sorry, i've learned english only in school, reading and in games

I'd advise to wait on this.... especially if you try to flash back to 6.0.1, a lot of of had issues doing so and some have not been able to recover. I was able to thankfully, but something is definitely causing bootloops when reverting back -- http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6p/help/botched-nougat-install-phone-boot-loop-t3445709
Has anyone seen anything on why we're still waiting for this to appear?

That was a TWRP error. No need to worry about that.
As for the factory image - patience is virtue. :highfive:
I just received an OTA 7.0 NRD90M is this the final version? When I reboot my phone it doesn't say beta anymore as well as in the notification center and night is back on. By the way I just received my 6P today...

So, Im assuming you can flash around freely now? TWRP 3.0.2-2 fixed the horrible EFS/bootloop bug?

Yes. That is the final release.
So there's an updated image out (NRD90S) for the 5X but still no images for the 6P. Ridiculous.

Problem with 6P and N. It was reported by Vodafone and Huawei is working with Google.
Patience.. I'd rather have a stable OS then a buggy one. Anyways you will have it someday.
this link has the download for Android 7 ota. You flash through twrp. It's not factory image from google website. But I flashed it and everything went fine.
