May i suggest you read the faqs and guides first saves looking like a .
N9005 a clue it does not have a locked bootloader as per the faqs .
Running any bootloader unlock apps on your phone could hard brick it.

There is a bunch of threads about rooting, roms and recoveries in DEV section, but the truth is most Notes 3 out there are sold with a locked bootloader. I'd like to ask if there are any Note 3 devs that are looking into finding an exploit and coming up with a method to unlock bootloader on Note 3? Or if there are any devs, who would be willing to look into it?
I'm surprised no one has posed this question so far - this is gotta be priority for most people, given that locked bootloader renders Odin useless, prevents rooting, custom firmware flashing and just about anything else we could do, to improve our phones.

The search link isnt really helpful. It doesnt answer my question if there are any devs, who plan on developing for Note 3, who are currently looking into or would be willing to look into finding an exploit to unlock the bootloader.
First of all i tried searching... and searching for the answer but did not found anything. I tried getting to download mode to see if the status is there but no result.
So as the title says how do i know if my note 4 is bootloader lock or unlock? I really want to root it but i hesitate as it stated in chainfires website that my device could get bricked if it is bootloader locked. Please do give me a simple process as possible cause i am just a beginner in this stuff. Thank you.
just an additional info. My phone is not carrier lock which means i can use any mobile network.

Theres no unlocking for Samsung, you have Odin for that. Flash a custom recovery with it, boot in there and install the custom ROM. Done. There are dozens of manuals for that in here ^^
So i have been struggling to get the lollipop update on my tab 4 since i rooted it. I heard about this app called flashfire with which i can flash it easily. But unfortunately, i dont know if i have a locked bootloader or unlocked bootloader. It'd be great if anyone help me to check it. And how do i unlock it if its locked??? Without damaging my device. Basically I wanna get Resurrection Remix for my Note 3 But I have to root my phone and get TWRP but I have to get my Bootloader to unlock first. I use SoftStribe guide But the main problem I have us when I type the first command. The phone just resets like normal and it kept disconnected so I can't type the second command. Is there any fix or other method to unlock it? USB Debug: on Unknown source: ON but I didn't download Kies 3 but I did download Samsung Mobile Drivers SM-N900 (Exynos) Android version: 5.0

No idea why you are saying it has a locked bootloader.
Suggest you search and read first .

N900 EXYNOS and you are looking at rom for a Qualcomm model .
