How to stop USB allow access data permition pop up each time connect to pc

I have been trying to establish a USB Wireless Modem connection between my laptop PC running XP Pro and my MDA Pro, but as soon as I hit the start button it gives the "COM OPEN ERROR" message in the MDA and the PC says it cannot identify the USB device. I already disabled ActiveSync and there are no Port conflicts (my PC do not response my MDA GPRS modem)
What can I do to solve this problem?

There are two ways that I use to get around that error:
1) Have ur Universal turned off; and then connect it to your computer.
2) If your Universal is turned on, do the following:
a. turn on "wireless modem" app, and then choose "Bluetooth" or "IrDA" for connection type
b. Press "Start" and then "stop"
c. then rechoose "USB" as the connection type, and press "start"
d. connect your Universal to your computer.

Try this first start wireless modem app. then activate it and then connect it to ur laptop & make sure the setting in M$ Activesync to connect via usb cable is unchecked .
see the topic. Any ideas? Is there a way to connect it? It's connect to my pc, and I have it installed but other than move files onto my storage card I can't do anything else.
you need to connect in active sync mode and not disk drive mode to connect to device centre.
it gives the option when usb is plugged in
This may not be the solution but i had a similar problem, i messed about with some settings before i used WMDC, goto Start/settings/connections/usb to pc
and check ur settings, i had it set to Disk Drive, when i set it to Active sync and enabled faster data syncronisation, it all started working..

when i connect my phone with a usb connection, there is an MTP application window that keeps flashing, this window just keeps opening and closing and on my pc i receive this message : installing device driver software

why is this happening?
Have you installed the USB Drivers that comes with KIES? if not do it.
If you want to just use normal mode then goto settings/about/usb/external drive . Then when you connect to pc you goto notifications on andrioid and select USB icon then Mount.

I currently have Froyo 2.2 on my HD2 and I am having fun with it.
However, I whenever I connect the phone to my PC using the USB connection, I can never see my phone connect to the PC.
I go to my computer and I don't see any new drive. I can easily do this with WinMo 6.5.
I need to transfer files from my computer to my phone but I cannot make the connection. Please help.
Is there some time of setting that I have to do?
I went to setting -->> Connect to PC --->> Default connection type --->> and I chose Disk Drive but it still does not work.
The options that I have are:
Charge Only
HTC Sync
Disk Drive
USB Tethering
I think I tried all 4 of the options but I still cannot connect my phone to my PC using the USB cable.
Please help.

you can go to market and search for this app(automount),then set it to auto mount when USB connected...then you should see your device on your PC...but you are unable to direct copy files to the device,it'll corrupt...
The most reliable way to copy file from pc to android now is install this software...Android explorer which allows drag and drop...everything...click here
download and install it...hey mate,next time please don't create a thread because of 1 question,try to ask in the thread of your build or search...

I would like to know if it is possible to block that please ?
On my old phone, I had an option to set by default only charge the phone when connected to the pc. And if i wanted to open the files of my sd card, I had to unlock the screen of my phone and choose "use as a device", and then my files was showed on my pc.
Now with the S4 anybody can take my phone and connect it on a computer and have access to all my files. I want to change that.
Help please.
