CM11 mod visible brightness slider, pls !!!

Hi, can someone prepare a modded system ui to include this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general/guide-how-to-add-visible-brightness-t2801134
i really appreciete to have a real brightness slider in the tile menu but i'm totally noob with apk decompilind...
all i need is something like this :

Why don't you try the status bar brightness control ?
(check last part, audio not necesary)

because it's doesn't work well...
i need to drop down and slide about 5 times before it works...
call me noob or idiot, but for some reason i cant' get it work at first shot...
i'm very pissed off with the lack of a visible slider....

You don't have to drop down. After unlock just slide a little from up and then slide to left / half / right. Practice (?

man i just want to see a visible bar... nothing more, nothing else....
pls, i know about sliding the top bar, but for me it work on first shot once a while , i still need a visible bar.

Hey, you can use Screen Brightness app from Play Store. It's a nice app - it can be accessed from icon or from notification bar, theres also option for autodisapear just like system slider.

I try this apk in my z3 dual but my problem is that i can't delet this app or unistall it.
Also it is in chinease

Since installing it my battery life is terrible. I've hardly used my phone today and I'm down to 19% battery which is ridiculous. Normally I'd still have over 50% by this time of day after charging the night before. I only normally charge it every other day.

If you ask for uninstall it, then you go to Settings/ Security / Device Administrator - and uncheck this Sony Lock App.
After that you will have option to uninstall from App drawer.
Send from my Sony Xperia Z2

Why not just hit the power button on the side of the phone haha? Im sure some people may use this, to me its rather pointless.

The dark theme poses many problems especially in the scriptures, on my side I do not see flaws but if you see them passed me and I will make the changes.

So far so good. I like the theme. The circle for the home button isn't really smooth. Also, the text beneath each enabled item under the shortcuts is blue (maybe this can't be changed to red?) .
I'm using this on an honor 8 and everything seems to working as intended otherwise

I update it regularly and i works on navbar (red circle) , and i works on color of text but it patialy hard to change it (in framwork) .

I did not. What I can say is the device is working much better on Oreo, seems to be faster and Bluetooth issues I had on Android 7 disappeared with 8.1.0.

My carreer didn't provide it to me. It is Algerien M320. And it has Nougat. I tried the VPN change continent method to europe and it got stuck on "searching for update" for too much long time.
Would I be able to flash it with M320N firmware? And if not, can you please help me on finding one that would suit any M320 like yours for example? Even if it would be a non-official custom ROM. I really wanna have Oreo so your help will be really appreciated. Thank you.

I'm not sure if you can flash 320n with 320 firmware, I don't think so, as both have probably different specs. Mine is based on Mediatek octa core SoC, 320n seems to have Snapdragon 425. Try to browse Internet, there are some sites that show the guide how to upgrade to 8.0.

Swipe Right on Lockscreen for Torch Shortcut

I was holding my Mi 9T in my hand and pressed the power button to wake the display when I was suddenly presented with a Torch icon where the Fingerprint reader usually sits. Upon pressing the Torch icon the flash lights up.
Apparently this was a feature introduced in MIUI 9 but I have since not been able to replicate it by swiping right on the Lockscreen.
Can anyone offer advise on how to activate it again, or have you seen this feature on your device?

Yesterday I downloaded a theme from the MIUI store and it show me several shortcuts swiping right (startingfrom the left side on the screen to the right). So I guess with Default theme this shortcuts are not enable.

That's interesting, thanks for sharing. On my phone which is on Global ROM 11.0.1.0 the options are slightly different and do not appear like yours.
I tried looking elsewhere but could not find it either.
At this point I think the feature is there but somewhat hidden/deactivated for the ROM in my region. There's a bug that allows it to activate very rarely when I swipe right on my Lockscreen and I managed to take a screenshot of it this time. Here is what it looks like on my device with the default MIUI theme.

yeah same thing for me, i don't have the option on my lockscreen. it must be a region thing as my settings look exactly like yours
