Samsung G935F, region lock - Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Questions and Answers

Hi,
So, I just bought a Galaxy S7 edge from an eBayer. The model is G935F and it's "unlocked". Wasn't till the item shipped that the seller told me the phone is apparently "region locked". In other words, I'm gonna have to get a European SIM, use it for 5 minutes to unlock it. Meaning it's gonna be another $60 or so for something I've already wasted crazy amounts of money on. So, question, has anyone rooted their device and successfully used RegionAway in their new shiny device? If so, let the community know. If anyone else has another suggestion, I'd be greatful. Thanks in advance guys!

Which seller did you buy it from?

Who did you buy it from because I may be in the same boat. I purchased an unlocked edge for 699 and it will be arriving on Friday.

me too! its coming on friday but i want to show you what they responded to me when i asked them.
"Hello this is Michael,
Thank you for your interest in purchasing with us.
The device is brand new, unbranded, factory sealed, and is the International Globally GSM unlocked version which includes all factory OEM accessories.
Yes that's correct that the phone may have been regionally unlocked by authorized Samsung distributors, however there is also a brand new and factory regionally unlocked versions which we are receiving as well, it will be almost impossible to sort though. The phone's regardless should be brand new and fully functioning right out for the box.
Please let me know if there is anything further which I can assist you with!"

He gave 2 answers!!! Wow.
I hope that I don't have to go through this. I don't want to go through the hassle of unlocking the phone.

I bought mine from 232tech, is this the seller people are having issues with regarding region lock?

Have not received the phone yet. I'm in the US. I'm Returning my locked bootloader t-mobile branded phone for this one. Hope I don't have the region lock issue when I get it later this week.

You don't only need a European SIM, you need to make 5 minutes worth of cumulative calls using a European SIM from a European Network, which means the phone needs to be physically located in Europe when this happens.
You could always try to purchase a NCK online to unlock the device though (if such a service is available)

Anybody here already got their phone from seller '232tech', I am still waiting for them to ship my phone.

It's quite stupid on the seller's part. They should do the 5 minute thing before sending the phone to the buyer. If the phone has all the plastic wrappings perfectly attached all should be fine.

I don't think you have to make your 5 minute call within the European region. With my S6 I made a roaming call using a UK SIM while I was in Panama and that worked. Of course, I may be wrong and, if so, someone should correct me.
I am thinking of getting an S7 Edge from Handtec in the UK as they offer a (paid) service to make the call before shipping the phone. Unfortunately, they don't have stock yet of the colour (color) I want.

Hey guys,
For those who bought your device from 232tech, I can affirm to you this is region unlocked, according to Michael that is. After a long message explaining a few things, he replied me with this
"Hi this is Michael,
Thanks for following up with me and I apologize for the confusion.
I can confirm that the S7 which you purchased is 100 percent fully carrier and regional unlocked and does not require an unlocking upon delivery, that means that it is 100 percent compatible with Global GSM networks.
I look forward to hearing back from you and thanks for following up with me!"
Nevertheless, they are kind of disorganized with only replying to messages once every day. And they never went ahead to advertise whether or not it's region locked. Do be aware, the warranty will not work in the north. I'm in Canada.

I'm confused

i bought one from them too, but i think you guy shouldn't worry too much. if you take a look at their recent reviews, lots of people thanking them not complaining. if anything we can always send it back per the device descriptions or not we can alway contact eBay and paypal.

i am 99% sure that what @mathieulh said is correct

So here is another email from 232tech in regards to region lock...the jist is you may or may not get a regionally locked 935f...
"Hi this is Michael,
Thanks for reaching out to us and for the purchase I'm glad to further assist you.
Generally our Samsung stock are brand new and unopened, however with the Samsung Global models as you know in recent months, Samsung has regionally locked all Global model phone's so that they are not compatible any US carriers as per all of the information on the web.
We've been in touch with our vendors to possibly receive carrier and regional unlocked phone's and they mentioned that some of the stock is sealed (which is not mentioned on the web) and they've mentioned that they would look into having them import those to us, however at the moment we are not able to see which are factory sealed due to labeling.
I can confirm that if a device is received and label broken, it's been unlocked by authorized Samsung personal.
If for any reason you would like us to cancel and refund the purchase due to this, I could absolutely look into fully refunding you for the purchase. If I'm not able to stop the shipment, I'll send you a prepaid shipping label upon receipt, once received at our facility we'll fully refund you for the purchase.
You may reach me tomorrow if you'd like at 1-646-661-6699 ext 205"
What a mess!

I have a question, does the region lock is only for US carriers? Lets, say I will be using the phone in South America, will the region lock still apply to me?

Unlocking options for Aria [worked]

I received an Aria a few days ago, and I am wondering about the unlocking options. When I asked for it, I assumed that I could do it fairly easily with an eBay seller.
I tried that and I got the message from blowfish06. The ad said the aria
could be unlocked. Seems bait/switch to me, is it for real? I don't know what most of this really means. I can try paying and get a refund again if it fails again, but the extortion message arrived literally before the normal instructions from him. Sounds like they knew in advance, and just lied in the ad.
Code not available in Instant HTC Manufacturer Database. Can be done through manual request, cost is $22, takes 1-2 weeks to return or Master HTC Database which is $26, 10 min return time.

I do not have an AT&T account.
I will be traveling, which is why I wanted this one. No more iPhonicus.
I like the HTC software and would like to keep it.
What are my other options?
Do I have to root the phone?
Is there a back channel way to get it from HTC/etc?
Will AT&T give the unlock code w/o account? I can use one of several people's AT&T accounts if that is _required_.
Thanks for any advice
MOD EDIT: Please note that many users have faced issues with codes not working from the below link. Please look at other options or use caution when dealing with the website below.
One of many from google search
http://www.htcsimunlock.com/htc-aria-unlock.html for 15.95USD
You don't need to root the phone. You never connect it to anything and never have to upload any stuff. It works like this:
1. You give the unlocker your phone's IMEI number, which you obtain by "dialing" *#06#
2. Based on IMEI, they generate the unlock code for you.
3. When you insert a non AT&T SIM, the phone will prompt you to enter the unlock code.
4. Wallah!
Ive never done this outside of ATT but I don't think it's too hard to do Io
I tried to use an unlocker (you have to provide the IMEI to do that, so I know whats up) and I got that message, and was curious what other options I have. $26 seemed a bit steep.
I a mostly wondering if ATT will let me unlock it w/o having an account there. Thats the big issue, or if they even can. Others have said that the aria codes aren't available to AT&T yet, so they can't do it. Hoping someone else has actual information about how to proceed.
The response I got from the seller seemed odd, so I thought I would ask. Did anyone read it? Is that normal?
And I won't use anyone other than an ebay seller. Can't trust a random website.

CONFIRMED 100% WORKING SIM-UNLOCKED !
I have my order in at HTCSimUnlock.com (confirmation email) since yesterday around 2pm. Haven't gotten a code yet, but I'll give em till later today due to the time diff. Still night time over there.
Billed $15.75, will keep posted on what happens. BOFA fraud dept called on the charge, since SWREg is an EU company and also isn't in their database. They also said it comes in as slightly different company names each time, which trips it up too. I don't know if that is the unlock company or SWReg. I recall having this problem with buying other software through that site, so it probably isn't anything to worry about. I also used a shop-safe card (limited $ card # you create on the website), which tripped it even further.
Very glad to hear you had a good experience. Makes me worry *much* less.
My results last week
My unlocking experience so far...
I bought and Aria from Amazon for $340 about a week and a half ago. Immediately sent the IMEI off to HTCSimUnlock. They responded back with a "code not Available" and promptly refunded my money (Paypal.)
Next I tried another online unlocker that was more expensive and took 3 days. Got the response "that At&T server was not providing codes until December." They to promptly refunded my money. It kinda jives with what I read on a code unlocking blog. (can't post link I'm a New User) Google "unlock htc aria blog"
At the same time I tried Blowfish06 on Ebay. He tried and said it wasn't available and if I wanted to try HTC instant server for $3 more I could. No luck their either. Once again my money was promptly refunded. I wasn't given the option for the 2 week manual code or the expensive $26 code. Maybe those are new methods and the only way to do it.
I would not worry about losing your money. All the guys I tried seemed legit and wanted to do real business.
I'm really bummed because I don't live in the US so AT$T is not an option. I don't think they even have any Android phones here in Mexico.
This was all last week. Maybe it has changed.
I may send my IMEI off to Blowfish again and see if the more expensive options work.
Everyone keep posting your results.
UPDATE: July 22nd
Went back to Ebay. There is new "server" available to the unlockers that has the codes for Aria. Cost $30 Most of the unlockers probably can get it now.
Happily Unlocked!!
Peace
I tried that website as well, they charged me 15.75 and were not able to provide me my code, then I tried Blowfish06 on Ebay and he was also not able to do it.
My Aria is one I got with a contract extention of eBay.
Edit: Both the site and Blowfish06 refunded my money asap.
I got a working code from htcsimunlock.com. It ended up costing $30.74 (15.75+14.99). Here is how it went:
Get their regular HTC unlock code offer, $15.75.
Code can not be found
Go to "View Order (htcsimunlock.com/view_order.php)" screen to see the message. There you can click 'Buy Upgraded Database Search". They say "exclusive etc etc bull****", but it worked.
Pay $14.99 extra
Get working code 10 minutes later
So, overall it worked out just fine. The price for really unlocking this phone, especially the newer ones, seems to be ~30. I bet an ebay seller could have done it as well... one of the $30 ones.
Try the $9.99 blowfish06 one, since that works for some older Arias, apparently, and is cheap. After that, try the htcsimulock one. If they don't find it too, then the upgrade service might work.
I would have gone blowfish06 all the way except that there was no obvious/easy way to do the super-fancy code search on ebay. The only listing was the 9.99 one....
Edit 1)
FFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUU.... apparently it is sometimes possible to go into a t-mobile store and get them to unlock an AT&T phone. I am with them, so I guess they would do it if they can.... hrm. arg. doh. lame. Well, who knows if they even can for this phone.
Edit 2)
Follow this thread if you want to get data working on the network. Worked fer me.

Where did you buy the phone???
I picked it up on ebay because it was cheaper, from a guy in georgia I think. Came new-in-box. It was a good buy-it-now price with free shipping so I just went with it.
Sick of getting sniped, so I never bother using ebay to *bid* on things anymore.
And no need to quote the whole post Makes things huge!

If I buy it from Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Aria-Android-Phone-Only-Service/dp/B003T0OM9S/ref=pd_rhf_p_t_1) is the same? I can unlock it at the same way?
When I got my unlock code they asked which provider i used and I said "ATT". They couldn't find a unlock code. This happened from 2 companys on the net. The third one after trying "ATT" they used "HTC" as the provider and were able to find the code.
oh no...
I got my aria from at&t for $475,and unlock it for $50.
It's too expensive...
Wow. Some pplz paid soo much I paid about 30 to.unlock my aria..I know its too much too but mine is brand new and ATT wouldn't give me code soo I.got. mine unlocked from monsterunlocks dot. Come he gave. Me code over the phone . Anyway its all Good now.
I successfully unlocked my Aria with a code from blowfish06 on Ebay. He responded with a code within 10 min of me purchasing it. I then used a moribund SIM from my trip to Singapore 3 years ago to make it come up with an unlock prompt. No issues.
Did he first refund your $9.95 and ask for $25 to access the "HTC Master something-or-other?" Or is that a new thing?
unlocked aria
i got my aria from amazon. www.unlock-now.com is where i got my unlock code. 2 days. my fone is unlocked and working fine in afghanistan.....
Lock your SIM card?
Hi!
I've seen that some of you had to try multiple times in order to unlock their Aria. I also read that 3 wrong unlocking codes may lock your sim card... has anyone experienced such a thing?
See ya

Attempting to get a nano sim from Sprint

So as we all know the Nexus 6 takes a nano sim. Most Sprint phones use micro sim with the exceptions of the M8 and the iPhone. Myself having an M7 currently I need a nano sim for my new nexus unless I want to cut my micro which I would rather not if I can just get one from Sprint.
So my journey begins...2 sprint stores didn't have any, 3rd Sprint store which was a repair center also had nano sims but didn't want to give me one due to "There are different models of nano sims depending on the phone you are using it in. Such as the nano for the HTC One M8 will not work in the iPhone 5 nano slot."
So at this point I drove a little further and went to the campus store inside the old Sprint/Nextel headquarters in Reston, VA. They still use these headquarters as a D.C. market Sprint Campus. I talked with a guy in the campus store and he said the same thing that the repair center did. However he had the repair guy go into the database to see if the Nexus 6 was listed with what model of nano sim it was comparable with so he could give me one. Alas the Nexus 6 is not in Sprints database yet so he stated that he didn't know which model nano sim would be compatible and if he just randomly gave me one it may not work. Then sent me away with the advice of come back after the phone is released and they will have had the system updated with the phone and he could see what nano model would work and get me one.
I'm not sure how accurate any of this if is but it forces me to wait until I get the phone and then go to the store to see if they have more info/the nano sim, hopefully I am not sitting with the phone for days waiting on Sprint.
*EDIT*
To get the correct SIM from Sprint just follow the instructions below
Open this link
http://sprintworldwide.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch
Then tell them you need the following SIM
Item# 760494000114
SKU: CZ2124LWC
you can do 3-5 day free shipping or pay for next day
Just chat with international help chat. Tell them you need a Sim for the iPhone 6 or 6 plus. They will send you one at no cost.

I've never of heard that. I use the same nano SIM for my iPhone 6, both my Moto X's, and my Nexus 5 (with an adapter). I also used it in my iPhone 5s, so it's not a different model there either. The only way the M8 uses a different nano sim is if it's proprietary for the M8, which I highly doubt. The standard nano SIM works in all nano SIM phones. Just go back to the place that had them but gave you the runaround, and tell them you want the one for the iPhone. It will work just fine in the N6 because again, they are all the same.
Thanks to the both of you for the advice, I may try to go back to the store and ask for one again regardless of the run around they give me, worst case I will contact international chat. I thought the different nano sim models sounded wrong but wasn't 100% sure.
International chat sent me one overnight for free, they told me it was $12.95 for fast shipping, i told her that i wanted standard free one. The order was made on saturday and arrived on tuesday. Remember you need the 4ff sim, the one of m8 or moto x 1 gen.

There is only one kind of nano sim, and yes, it is the 4ff one. 3ff is a micro sim, 2ff is a mini sim, and 1ff is the full sized one.

i called today and spoke with a phone rep and was told the same thing re: the phone is not in their system yet, there are different sims and they dont have any in stock to send out.
the rep and telesales both said sprint corp stores will have plenty of sims for the nex 6 in the store once the phone is released.
i did not push further because its not that crucial for me to go through those hoops and would prefer to wait until the phone is released to make sure i get one thats designed for the nex 6.
thanks for starting this thread...
Here's an confirmation i got from international, its the same as Dr. Burble mentioned.
I use normal chat and telesales and none of them know the model.
I chat using the international chat and got the order of the sim and model in less than 5 minutes.

I can’t get Samsung Pay to work in the UK even though it works on my Note 5. I get an error message that the app can’t access the mobile phone number from the SIM card, perhaps it is expecting a Korean SIM.

That is disappointing
I want to buy The Note FE but I really like Samsung Pay and use around the world both USA, UK and Europe.
Anyone else try in the USA or UK and Europe?
Thanks

I'm not sure if it's this simple, but has anyone tried changing the CSC? I would love to having working Samsung Pay in the states. It's the only thing holding me back up from getting one now.
Seems like there are methods for the S7 and S8 that allows you to select the CSC from a menu or automatically set the CSC to the country your SIM is from.

As mentioned in my message reply, the Samsung pay app on my N935S asks for a South Korean simcard and won't work with my T-Mobile sim.
I wonder if a friendly South Korean member could buy low value pre paid SIM cards and offer them to members in the UK and USA and we can use these to adjust some settings to allow use of a local SIM to work with Samsung Pay?

Great idea
I was thinking of that idea last night but I was not sure if it would work at all.
Anyone have any idea?
Thank you

Just did some research. Its very difficult to buy pre paid SIMs in Korea. But fingers crossed someone may a solution.

It wouldn't matter even if you could get a Korean SIM. Korean phones will not accept US bank cards. I did some research on here and there are others with Korean Samsung devices that couldn't get Samsung Pay to work. I'm bummed because I just received my FE about 10 minutes ago and will be sending it back because of that...unless I can use my Gear S3 instead.

If you have a gear s3, you should be able to use samsung pay. I have a Note FE (N935S) and a gear s2 and though samsung pay doesnt work with the Note, I have no problem using samsung pay on my gear s2. Should work with s3 as well.
Has anyone tried factory resetting their phone while having their SIM card inserted? I've some people saying on other Samsung phones that factory resetting with your SIM inserted will change the CSC to the country the SIM is from. This might only be for specific models of a phone series. Once the CSC is changed, I think you can install the Samsung Pay from the country you're from and be fine.

Hello.
Could you upload screen capture that has error message?
I can communicate in Korean.
So I will contact Samsung customer service center in Korean with that capture.

It's been a a while since I flashed anything on a Samsung device. Guessing you used the latest version of Odin?

whats the difference between tmobile one plus 6t and an unlocked one from the oem?

like is there restrictions if i buy from tmobile? someone help explain please
T-Mobile:
* SIM Locked to T-Mobile
* Cannot set "Allow OEM Unlock" until SIM unlocked
* Need a token from OnePlus to OEM unlock every time
* Single SIM slot
* T-Mobile boot screen
* All updates need to be approved by T-Mobile
OEM Direct:
* SIM unlocked
* Can OEM unlock without a token
* Dual SIM slots
* OnePlus boot screen
* All updates come as OnePlus releases them, no approval from anyone else needed

I went with directly from OnePlus because of that. I did not want delayed updates. I also did not want to have to get T-Mobile's and OnePlus' permission to unlock the bootloader. If they did not put those limits on them, then I would have just gone with the T-Mobile one.

For the retail price then yes. I got the t-mobile variant because of the $300 launch discount. Since the t-mobile variant now can flash OOS from 1+ and can be converted to dual sim without much effort, it's a good option when t-mobile offers a discount.

Yes, I know it can be converted to the unlocked version, but still requires SIM unlock and getting the token to boot loader unlock. Which would require you to pay the full price to T-Mobile anyways. The launch discount is meaningless when you think about those two things. I do know that it is possible to get the SIM unlock and not have to pay the full price up front, but that all depends on the customer rep you get. Also, you trade being dependent on T-Mobile to update to being dependent on people on XDA to create the fastboot flash-able from the update. There is also the possibility that OnePlus might change it so that you cannot get the unlocked version of OOS on your phone. Even though it is unlikely that OnePlus would do such a thing it is still possible. Because of all that the unlocked version is a better choice.
The dual SIM part is useless to me, but how can you convert a phone with only one SIM slot to dual SIM? That would require a hardware change.

Not really. I am one of the success stories that asked T-Mo on Twitter nicely after having the phone only 8 days to Perm unlock me without the phone being payed off. On Int'l ROM 9.0.7 now, AND have a $12/month credit to my bill.

Yes, like I said. All depends on the rep you get. I have heard stories where the person gets the unlock, and I have heard stories where the person does not. I just stick with the unlock so I do not have to worry or hack around for updates, which is what converting over to the non-T-Mobile OOS ROM truly is. OnePlus never meant for it to happen that way, but on the other hand did nothing to prevent it.

T-Mobile version is dual sim, just comes with a single sim tray. Cut the original one up, or buy a replacement one and both slots work just fine.

Mainstream US phone market is huge and to get to it, most manufacturers have to go through the carriers. Just glad t-mobile is carrying OnePlus because unlock request is easy enough if you try. People love discounts on phones and don't seem to care about bill credits.

I thought the TMobile one still had the same IMEI on both slots even when flashed, so it would only use one SIM at a time, so both would work, but with that limitation.

T-Mobile is amazing in that aspect, but it also depends on the rep involved. I also think the account the phone was activated on might have a play in it too. Like an account just created probably would not get it, but an account that is 5+ or even 10+ years old would get it quick.

Wrong. Both sims from the same carrier work fine. Unless you have tested it, don't make the assumption from thin air.

It was a simple question. Several people in the Tmobile to International thread posted up pictures showing the same IMEI for both SIMs. So you saying this is not true?

Or this post for example.

Have you seen anything from tmo, att or vzw that they won't register the same IMEI with different SIM cards on their networks? I did my own testing here:

Bought Unlocked OnePlus 6T from Swappa, but still has T-Mobile branding...

Hello everyone!
I just purchased a unlocked Oneplus 6T from a reputable company via Swappa. I received my phone, and immediately noticed when starting it that it had the T-Mobile splashscreen, and prompted to download 2 T-mobile apps at startup. Now, here is the catch. I'm using Google FI, and Google FI only supports the T-mobile carrier on Oneplus phones, so I can't switch carrier like I normally can on other Google Fi phones (eg my old Nexus 6P). I was under the impression that the phone I would receive would be the one directly from Oneplus (unlocked) and not a T-mobile that the company had unlocked themselves. Only one sim (which is actually fine, and I know you can buy the separate dual sim tray). The main concern is that my updates may come in slower (which is what I've read on the T-mobile vs Unlocked articles).
Is there ANY definite way of telling if the phone is truly unlocked? If I'm using Google Fi (which supports T-mobile anyways), and it's working, does that mean it's carrier unlocked?
I checked out the developer options and saw the OEM Unlocking (Allow the bootloader to be unlocked) is off (not activated).
I would really appreciate any help, because if I need to return this phone, I'd like to do it ASAP.
If I'm not mistaken, you will have more than the issue of replacement of the single tray for a dual one if you want to use multiple SIM cards. First, the stock TMOBILE firmware doesn't support this even with a dual SIM tray. Second is these TMobile branded phones only have one IMEI, so that even if you convert by flashing to the international version you'll still be SOL because of not having the second IMEI for the second SIM.
As for unlocking. Are you talking about carrier unlocked or bootloader unlocked? There are hacks posted here that show how to do both, but once bootloader unlocked you won't be able to take anymore TMobile updates, because data stored in the internal storage partition gets wiped so the updates refuse to execute.
As to carrier unlocked, the easiest way to test is to insert a SIM from another company and see if the phone works. A carrier locked phone won't work on another carrier's SIM.
I hope this helps.

I would send the phone back and report them on Swappa. Unless the listing stated that it was a T-Mobile phone with SIM unlocked then you got taken advantage of.
I was trading comments with the seller on Swappa, and someone from the actual Swappa team jumped in and gave the dealer a lashing for selling carrier unlocked phones as Factory unlocked, told them it was against the rules and told them to make it right. It was pretty impressive. Still no reply. Sad thing is, the T-mobile version went on sale today brand new with authentic charger/cable/headphone adapter, which I just received some generic charger and cable, all for the same price I paid for a "mint" phone. Had I just waited a week, I could have just unlocked a new phone myself with authentic accessories. The phone that they sent me works fine for what I'm using it as, if they would send me some authentic accessories, I'd probably settle for that. I just hate that I'm being duped, as well as others. They have 53 more "factory unlocked" devices oneplus 6ts on sale now, so if anybody sees this and wants to buy one, I'd beware and know what you are getting into. Seller is pretty big, GM Deals.
If it is not exactly what was advertised, and the seller doesn't fix it promptly, leave negative review and send it back. Swappa and PayPal will find in your favor.

Now I'm starting to think it's not even carrier unlocked. Got this with Oxygen Updater.

Swappa backs up their sales. If the person disappears they will likely get banned and swappa will work with you to make it right. Rarely have I had problems on there but the Oneplus devices are a mess on there. Basically the ONLY cue is that the IMEI is branded on the back for the TMO version and isn't for the version directly from OP. When I was shopping for a 7 Pro for a while I noticed a bunch of these mistakes or lack of attention to detail on the seller's part. Not surprised by this.
If you want to keep it, you can easily convert it to International like I have and use it as if it was from Oneplus. I don't use dual SIM though, but the trays are like 3 bucks.
You can go to the unlock app, which is actually in the settings I think and is not actually an app but don't quote me on that and see if it'll unlock for you. If it works, meaning it's paid off and stuff, it should unlock. If you are stuck calling TMO and wasting your time, I would send it back.

How can you use the second SIM when the device has only one IMEI? It would be impossible to use both SIMS simultaneously with only one IMEI. Being able to use only one at a time defeats the purpose of having dual SIM capability!
Having a device capable of using 2 SIMs, but only one IMEI, makes it a 2 SIM device, but not a dual SIM. A dual SIM handset is able to register on two networks simultaneously or have multiple numbers and accounts with the same network simultaneously, while a 2 SIM handset can only work on one at a time. There really isn't much of an advantage other than not having to change out SIMs when leaving one carrier's service area.
Hey guys, thanks for all the replies, I've learned a lot from this thread!
Thankfully they asked if I wanted a refund, and I told them yes considering it was not exactly what I paid for. They haven't replied back, but I'm sure they will today with instructions. They only reply once a day, the same time of the day, every time lol.
I already bought another off of swappa from an individual who confirmed it's what I want, provided plenty of pictures, as well all original items and accessories, packaging, and like 5 cases for cheaper than my other purchase. Hopefully that refund comes in next week hahaha.
