As its 920F, I flashed XEF build as soon as it got released.
Bro why you waited so long?

Big LOL on this news

There is already a Marshmallow thread here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6/general/android-6-0-marshmallow-thread-t3219953/page276
Might be better to discuss it in there rather than open a new thread and risk getting flamed

For me it sound like fake information,as Sams DEV team from Danemark didnt confirmed this information about update
Fake,spoof....
By the way,all this information is fake, spoof, bull****…. !!!! If you will read all changes wich are made in 4.4.3 for S4 and S5 in this update, completely same as for Nexus Phones…. So what I gues, all its were copyed from Nexus update list,Edited and Pasted here!!!!! Keep and eye at – of June, date when Google I/O 2014 will happen, date of 4.4.3 Release for S4 CAT.4 (i9506)… If it will not be released, its fake information!!!!
Well, Nexus devices started to receive the update 4.4.3. Why no the i9506? It didn't receive the update 4.4.2 but I dunno if the information is fake or no. I bet it will receive the update in one near future, but android 4.5 directly. It's only my opinion

Lollipop currently rolling out to XT063 on Brazil (Jan 22)

Hello everyone, great news. I own a XT1063 in Brazil and I just received and installed an OTA for Lollipop.
My friend has a XT1069 and my brother has a XT1068, both of them haven't received the update so far. (this is a popular phone here)
All the three of us are using the newest version of Motorola Update Services posted in this thread I created, you might need to download and install that APK in order to get the update.
The version I received is 5.0.2, screenshots below:

True my friend....
edit:The link for Motorola Update Services 7.0.1 is dead.
I suppose dual Sim requires some major modification, and what's the root of the evil.
Interesting, the build date is just like 5 mins before the indian OTA 5.0.2

Ok that might be a good reason ,but why is india then getting the final OTA now? They have the dual Sim variant too. Is Motorola afraid of being taken to court or something by european users if something doesn´t work ?

i am really looking for it
910U already has lollipop on all NZ carriers, Papua New Guinea, Taiwan and Fiji on Vodafone. You can safely flash one of those on your device the only issue is the CSC will be incorrect.
i am afraid to do it
i prefer that get the FOTA update
this how it should work..

How do you correct the CSC then?
It has been mentioned somewhere on here before, but I'm pretty sure it only effects the ability to perform OTA updates
i prefer that get the FOTA update
it's ridiculous
that after 8 months that lollipop is out , the note 4 U version is not released
it gives the impression that Samsung device become not relevant after release
it was released a few weeks back. do you mean it hasn't been released for your region?
i don't see any update for my device
i failed to see here any update for my particular device:

i prefer FOTA as normal customer...
You'll be waiting a long while for that fota.

Hi,

I can't even seem to find a full changelog of the update?
1) How does it manage the RAM?
2) Does it include shutter speed control on camera?
3) in the S6 Plus leak, we've seen new icons for system apps, are they part of the 5.1.1 update?
Thanks.
Please report if there is any RAW and manual shutter.

Please run this app to test the camera api2.

Here you go
So, does the standard app include manual shutter speed?
On Sammobile the comments section from people that have the update state that the stock camera app does not have manual shutter speed control. This is Sammobile comments so take that with a truck full of salt.
And how is the RAM bug?
So it looks like the much promised (ie leaked) Raw support has vanished then? If true that's a bit of an own goal heck even that lump of junk the M9 added support post launch.

From what i saw in the fixing root topic, it's partially fixed, it reloads apps after 6 apps are cached...
To be confirmed
I need it. But no raw? Disgusting.
Does anyone know if there is Guest Mode? Thanks

Seems to be a security related update mostly (has the Android security patch level of November, which is by the way supposed to be a marshmallow feature) , but has also improved my battery life. FYI, my note 5 is from Singapore.
In other news, I asked Samsung if they had any news of marshmallow. Sadly none so far, but that they'd keep us posted.

It's available as an OTA for me too. Mine is from Singtel (Singapore). I'm on the out-of-the-box Singapore OJ6 firmware, CSC code SIN.

If you're coming from out of box firmware, expect some fairly noticeable battery improvements. Samsung has been doing well releasing updates for the Note 5, bought mine a week after launch and have gotten 6 or 7 updates perhaps.
Any other regions gotten it yet?

I got COJ5 today on TMOBILE - stated security and battery improvements and a Smart Manager fix.
AOJ is already being discussed here and here.

To be fair I did start the thread first. Those both are an hour old.

My bad on the first one. I meant to link here, which has been open since 22/10.
The second one was started in August, and they've been discussing AOJ in there for a while.
We don't need a new thread every time an update is pushed to every region for every variant of a device, especially if it's an international variant of the device.
Thread closed.
Please continue your discussion in the existing thread here:
