Good evening, friends of mine , you know have a problem , my Sony Xperia E4G ( 2006), which had recently acquired crashed , I know, it is my fault .
I unlock the bootloader using Sony's official website, it was successful, then it using "Flashtool" I wanted to install the "CMW Recovery" from a command window (CMD), connecting in FlashBoot mode.
Something went wrong, because after that my phone did not pass the initial logo of Sony, you know that something is wrong, I'm not very experienced and know maybe I should not do it if I was not very knowledgeable, but also learn and I really can change firmware to other phones like the HTC Desire and the Sony Xperia 626s Z3 Compact.
I Download a rom by XperiFirm: "xxxxxxx-xxx.12x431x.ftf" and try to flash the phone but hangs.
And worst of all, had already tried Flashtool a newer version and flash did not help me. I hope you can help me and we can save this phone does not have much time being purchased.
PSD: I do not speak much English, I hope you can understand me and have not committed serious offenses writing.

Iam a new to this form and i wanted someone to assist me with my sony ericsson X1 it just keeps on restarting while iam doing something i even hav the software updated and everything can it be a battery problem. I know this has been ask but i did almost everything mentioned on the site even menage to encrype it to T-Mobile and had to send it to a sony ericsson repair center?
I would re-install the Rom. Backup first. I use SPB Backup.

This is my first post, so sorry in advance for any mistakes i make
Heres the situation...
i own an xperia play, which i then rooted, so that i could underclock to save battery life...
since then, there has been an official update, which i can not update with as i have unlocked the bootloader...
i have already contacted sony ericsson support, and they have told me that all i can try is flashing with a sony ericsson rom...
What im asking is does anyone know how to do this and where to download an original sony ericsson rom from for the xperia play (i have the UK version)

The above method DID work, but not only did it work, but it also included the update I wanted to perform!!!

I have Xperia X2, updated with the only available update of SE; it really sucks. I have just finished hard resetting it for God knows what was wrong with it. Anyways, I really need a clean version of windows mobile (don't care even if it is WM5), and how to flash it onto this piece of crab.
I will appreciate any help.

Then you should most definitely look in the Xperia X2 section of the forums rather than here.

I have xperia x2 ,and when i tried to change the language,there was some error and now when I start my phone there is only Sony Ericsson logo it won't go further than that on sony ericsson update it says that everything is ok and that my phone has the latest software. Please help me..i don't know what to do anymore
You can try to reflash. Click on continue to flash again. Cross fingers and good luck.
developpers never ignored x2 phones>> yes sir but they are defeated infront of this phone hardspl until now !!
they cant do any thing about it !
ithink they are bringing hardspl from any where else !! they cant programme it it caan be leaked from the factory i guess!!
because if any body can make hardspl proggramme he can make for any as i guess!!
i tried to sale my xperia phone but no one need unupdated or unchange phone!!
so i will fling it at the first event whe i buy htc and never back to sony erricsson!! hahahaha

hello I have read many forums and search for this problem in google and nothing helps so I has unlocked my phone with one big button soft x10 unlocker then flashed the doom kernel and then I install mm team cm 7.2 ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1609399 ) and when I put my sim in phone there is NO SERVICE. What to do ? I have repair phone many times with sony pc companion. I am new to this and I realy need HELP
