Yes you can flash miui over 5.0.1 but i highly recommend that you make a efs backup before flashing, because downgrading to kitkat may erase your efs.
Happy Flashing.

Thanks @RubbaBand
I made a backup of everything, not taking any risks
But when i started to flash miui it showed a binary error
Thanks

Try updating your custom recovery,
Binary is related to the zip file and recovery, so the problem is on one of them.

Both of them should work perfectly, but on shuaidi's version I got camera app FC that solved by using third party camera.

There is no Odin flashable file of KitKat available. You have to root your device first then flash custom KitKat roms via custom recoveries.

There is no official 4.2.2.
The last official rom is a 4.3.
Search sammobile for you're last 4.3 rom.
Downloading from there than you can use odin.

Its safe when you follow the guide.
You can get a softbrick, do a full wipe when you finished flashing, than your phone wil start.
Notice that after flashing it can take up some time before it boots.

If you follow the steps from the OP than you are 99% safe.
Make a nandroid and a backup from your efs before flashing a kk rom.

There is a new root method for lollipop roms. You can find it in here in the general section. And yes you have to put the rom file in the SD card. I suggest you to read everything about root, bootloader unlocking, TA backup, and recovery and only start it.

Man, I'm having trouble putting CM12 in this phone..
I have tried formatting before installing but I'm having trouble where the notification system is not working, and also the home button and recents button not working. Thinking if this ROM is not compatible with SM-G360HU.

There is a good chance that autoroot for 5.1.1 will works for 6.0.1
It happens with autoroot for 910H.
Or, you can just flash twrp using odin, flash bootloader using odin, and this rom using twrp.
