So can I flash roms of this on it and follow the rooting procedure and everything on it??????

NO,
You can't flash Galaxy Y's Custom Rom on Galaxy Y CDMA because -
Your phone is CDMA
Your phone has a Qualcomm Chipset

So
Where can I find something for it???

Can I flash Boot.img_flasher_V2.0_faqbly_2.zip in cwm recovery mode with stock_XXLA2kernel.tar to back to the stock rom like it used in odin ... I am using jellyblastv3 in galaxy y

If you have KitKat installed in the S3 then you can download the Xperia keyboard from the Play Store.

It's not possible to install it from play store because it will say this app is not compatible with your device ( I'm using non stock ROM and getting this so I think it will be the same on other devices )
