guys i was wondering is there any dev whos working on a custom unofficial 6.0 rom for our beautiful device?
well the official cyanogenmod devs are working on it afaik. No eta. just search the forums you are gonna find it relatively quick in general and android development (hint: recovery)

This is regarding OxygenOS, not CyanogenMod. Anyways, they've mentioned this in one of the threads on OnePlus official forums, it will be released early 2016, named by OxygenOS 3.0.

Performance is good as like other nougat rom. I think its little good than custom roms

Mi A2 is ahead release than S10 series. Meaning the newest release phone is more priority by the phone manufacturers to update the Android OS weather if this is Android One or Custom UI.

Dude, there are several custom roms available since 4 days from launch of Q. Go ahead and install it and use Q till the official A1 release by xiaomi. Don't expect much from Xiaomi tbh.
