The Nexus 5X is now available on Amazon, sold and shipped directly by Amazon.
Yes, I know there were "scalper" listings for the 5X from Marketplace sellers that had the 5X marked up $100 or so, but I'm meaning available at retail prices.
Amazon has them priced identical to the Google Store and of course they are prime eligible for the free two day shipping. 16GB and 32GB models in all colors available. This is good for people who weren't planning on getting Nexus Protect and want that free two day shipping and total hassle free exchanges / returns via Amazon.
(Bring it on yellow screens!)

Hey folks any deals on the note 10.1 yet? I know it's still relatively new but the 32gb was going for $507 on amazon over the weekend. I sat down to order on Sunday but the deal was over

Samsung controls pricing for devices sold through authorized resellers and doesn't provide warranty support for those purchased from non-authorized resellers. The "deal" you saw was probably from the latter. Typically you'll see a Samsung sanctioned "X" dollars off every once in a while but usually you'll see things like a bundled in-store gift card or free accessories instead of an outright discount. If Costco carries the Note they'll offer some type of discount if sold in-store but not online where the pricing would be exposed. Depending on your tax rate it would be the same net price by buying it online and not paying tax.
This is today's price for a G-Tab 2 after its been on the market for months at Walmart, the king of discounting.
well i guess amazon will not ever sell the nexus 7 unless google contacts them and tell them they want to sell their tablets through amazon, of course google (and apple) would never do that. 3rd party sellers are selling the 16 gig version for about $300, i thought that's crazy but i remember i have to pay tax and shipping if i buy from google play store, i live in california, anyone live in CA bought this tablet from google play store? what was the total cost including tax and shipping? do they have free shipping?
the reason i want to buy on amazon is because i have some money in my gift card balance, this seems like a good tablet to buy,

Buy locally. You will avoid the shipping costs. You can buy online from Walmart, Office Depot/Max, or Staples & "ship site to store" & avoid shipping too. Also, when you buy locally, if there is a problem with the screen, you can return/exchange immediately.

ouch.. In MA it only cost me $278.
@OP, I too was hoping Amazon would be a reseller because I also have available amazon giftcards.. but the 3rd party sellers just wanted too much.
When the Nexus 7 was released it was/is sold in several brick and mortar stores, but only the 16gb version.
I'd like to buy the Nexus 10 from Best Buy as I have several gift cards there. For some reason the Nexus 7 was never sold by Best Buy USA at all. (BB Canada supposedly had them)
What other stores will the Nexus 10 be sold at? Any news on this? I like to try things out before I spend a big chunk of change on them.

Save your gift cards for video games! Save some tax $$ ($25 bucks for me) and get it from Google directly or Newegg. If you've used any other Android tablet then the Nexus 10 will be better than that (one exception might be the Transformer Infinity).
They would still pay the same tax if they bought $400 in videos games or a $400 tablet.
Newegg taxes me (NJ), and I think Google does as well. Amazon is where it's at for me... until next summer when the North Jersey Governor's plan to gain 20 jobs from Amazon in order to promote double dipping on taxes (I have problems with sales tax).

I want to get the gold nexus 6p, and I got tired of waiting for it to arrive in Germany , so I was thinking of getting online from a UK store, do you guys know where I can get it for a good price? So far I've only found one one seller on amazon with a few good reviews, so i don't feel to comfortable and also, it costs 550 pounds, which would be 710 euros, way too much, on amazon.de you can find the nexus 6p (the silver and the black one ) for 550 euros
I think all the gold ones are imported with the exception of Google store. It's whether you trust those resellers and are willing to pay extra for gold
The price of an Honor 8 (US Version) has dropped to only $261.00 USD. This is down about $50 from only a few days ago.

Its a heck of a phone for $260USD, nothing comes close. Really nice now with Nougat and EMUI 5.

B&H had the 32GB for $299.99 & 64GB for $349.99 for the last couple of days. I just checked and they are back to the regular prices. I was going to wait and go into the retail store tomorrow (Sunday) and pick one up, but I missed it.
Anyway, I just ordered the 64GB pearl white model on Amazon. Amazon currently has the 64GB model at $319.99. Not sure how long that will last.

Grabbed a 32gb on Jet.com for my mother for $290 after that 15% of first three orders code (max $20). Got the Axon 7 on Jet.com for $325 last year. You can save $10 just using their opt-out of free returns, etc. Some nice deals to be had if you can stack savings around $30 in total.
I've seen them for as low as $240 but never needed one. The front speakers are why I chose the A7 over the Honor 8. Hopefully the speaker isnt as bad as the 5X she is replacing. Almost went with the Moto G5.
