Did anyone get Minecraft PE 0.12.1 final working on the Nvidia Shield TV? I tried a few things, but end up with tearing start screen.

When I connect my Note 3 to my tv (mhl) I got lots of lags in all games.
Real racing 3 being the worst so far.
Anyone else having this issue?
By comparison ny note 2 is much smoother.
I am running bobcat rom v3 with stock firmware.
Also, is there a way to turn off the mobile screen and just use the TV as screen?

Hi, I want to show to my friends all the games that i can play on my shield. Not steam games, only android games.
I bought an avermedia capture model lgp that works with all consoles with hdmi, ps3 with component especial cable because it has hdcp protection.
Nvidia shield has the same protection. I dont understand why if we can program on it and make roms and root the system... Anybody help me?
Please i want to capture or/and stream.

I haven't tried it yet... but you there is an option in the developer options that is in regards to HDCP checking. You might be able to disable it there. (Of course you have to enable Developer Options first). There are also some other fun things in there, like forced 4xMSAA for OpenGL ES titles. Do be careful with what you change stuff though if you aren't used to or don't know what things are.
Thanks. I dont find the disable hdcp option. I have readed it and saw it in other mobiles but not in the shield. Are you sure it must be there? I have Development menú enabled.

I searching for the best cheap watch for playing golf and an occasional run.
So it only needs to have GPS and run some golf and running apps.
Which ones do you recommend?
I have been looking into the various Chinese models, but I am totally lost now.
Do I need to get one of those or look for an older model of a well known brand?

Hi All,
Bought this to replace my aging Nexus 10 and so far it's not bad.
Not overly keen on the settings drop down, but it'll do.
Problem I have is when I play GTA SA the screen glitches and it's unplayable.

Long time admirer of these forums but only recently joined / posted.
I just bought an ipega 9083S Bluetooth controller to use with my Nexus 7 (2012) and a few emulators. I can’t get the controller to show up at all when trying to pair. I was running stock 5.1.1 but tried downgrading to 4.4.4 and then again to 4.3 but it’s still not working. The controller does show up in iOS and also on a Samsung S7 and a Lenovo Yoga Tab 2.
Any ideas how I can get this controller showing up and paired with my Nexus 7?

The controller probably uses a Bluetooth version that the chipset in the nexus does not recognise, remember it is 6 years old.
