OTA 23.41.44 download - US retail 2gb variant - Moto G 2015 General

Sorry, guys. I tried to get the URL, but I don't have a working PC right now, and aLogcat paused when I clicked the OTA notification....I tried to get it guys.
Here's the next best thing, though...100% untouched, signature in-tact.

It appears to have rolled out in mass so I'm not sure there is much need to download it from a 3rd party.

It's pathetic that Motorola was able to update most users before even one person could post the url or zip. I've been a faithful android user since donut, and I've literally NEVER seen that happen on any of my devices until now.
I have a tutorial in my signature which has been there for well over a year, but still no one could be bothered to post it for over a week. This needs to change! We are supposed to be here to help each other, everyone, not be greedy and take the OTA, then go 'i got it, sucks to be you guys!!'

these boards are pretty slow though, you go to development section and most ROMS don't break even 50 posts lol
I personally upgrade flashing factory images, don't care for OTAs, this time I had to care because wifi was broken when flashing the factory image, it is what it is

It doesn't matter that it's slow when the link is in my signature for every post i've made for about 2 years. Plus, I haven't been exactly inactive in the Moto G forum. The link is EASILY accessible, so these people neglecting to share the url just totally baffles me. I don't understand communities that won't help each other.

Can anyone else confirm? All I get when I check is "check for update was not available at this time. Try again later" I usually get a different message like"your phone is up to date" or "no update found"
Yea, I get the same.
Are you sure? My phone doesn't have it either, although I was SO excited when I read the topic title.
Ditto. No update for me.
Wow that would be great but I also get "No update".

We need ubdate.zip file which was downloaded to your phone. It's located in /cache/ folder I guess .
This is my first motorola android phone. How long does it typically take after they release the final build of a sw version for them to officially release to the general public? Also, has anyone who has gotten the update, uploaded it anywhere for others to download or is that even possible with this type of release? Thanks.
p.s. Can't post links but am sure most have seen the other 2.2 thread in this forum...
Ok so it looks like we may be in some trouble. www.androidcentral.com/motorola-bravos-froyo-update-delayed-cusp-its-release#comment-126421
This is att causing the delay. If you look in the pic of AC's post, the message was being viewed on MyCSP which is a website att uses for its employees to get any info att related. Looks like bravo users get the shaft again. Oh well, maybe the delay wont be that long.
They better not pull a cliq xt on us and that may very well be true. Even with motoblur this phone can more than handle froyo.. but well see what they say.

Yes it would seem that AT&T is dragging heels somehow. Beta testing has gone well and I have not had too many issues. Patience is the key here I think. Froyo is on the way
I don't follow the Bravo stuff too much being a Captivate owner but my wife just came to me with her Bravo asking me what this message was about.
It was a text from AT&T telling her to follow the instructions to download the Froyo upgrade.
Came here to see what the forum had to say about it.
I'm loving froyo. It's snappier, and I had no issues with settings migration. The youtube app is great, the exchange email client is way better, and I like a few other minor changes.
There are some small features that have been removed, but I haven't payed attention to those because I didn't personally use those features. The only one that comes to mind is screen lock disable had been changed/removed.

New Market?

So I was browsing XDA on my Tapatalk app and I stumbled upon a new thread about a New Market, supposedly a revamped 'My apps' and the integration of Google+'s '+1' on apps you like.. sorry, I would of subscribed or copied the thread but my cell had been without charge and it died on me. Lmao. I can't find it either, though I remember it containing the source of the download to be at androidpolice, if anyone can find that link and share it with everyone, much appreciated.
Check the apps section.
or try this

or this if you like stock
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1232429
apparently this place is actually a mess
most people with Epics got this pushed to them automatically already. It should just updated itself the next time you use the market.
Would it make sense that I'm asking for it right now if I already hadit? Not everyone did. Mine wasn't and thank you.

Sorry to waste your time. My point was that I've had it pushed to me every time I've reflashed on both Froyo and Gingerbread roms in the last week or so. It's odd that whatever rom you are seems to be preventing it.
There is a newer version that has not been pushed to the Epic yet. Zanderman posted it in a thread. I think it is 3.1.3.

Wifi-only Motorola Xoom getting prepped for another 'project'

Hey, just read this on Android Central: an email has gone out to a few members of the Xoom section on the Motorola Owner's Forums talking of a new project.
Hi,

Its certainly great that the Xoom is getting ICS. Kind of wish it was released back in November alongside the Nexus. The Xoom is a Google Experience Device, so I'm wondering why Moto/Goog didn't get this up and running sooner.
Hopefully the 3G/LTE version get the update very soon after!

my guess, to merge in the camera and microphone drivers, the xoom 4.0.3 aosp was released what 2 weeks ago and they are already going to test this in a time where nobody does any work, the team eos rom was awesome and i think we should all be very very excited for our xooms that we paid so dearly for to finally work the way they were intended.
wild guess, 2 to 4 weeks before it's out for the 3g/4g lte xooms or at least i hope!
any update as to wat this is? So we all can return to stock and join if it's ICS

My guess is that if this is indeed ICS, then Motorola will release the much needed drivers for the camera and other things and the devs working on the ICS roms can just incorporate those into their builds and there will be no need for going back to stock.

Not for UK users then hmm
So I'm guessing Canadian xoom owners don't get a shot at this? It's odd because our tablets and OS's are pretty much identical. Crazy why Canada gets shutout as it should be North American tablets.

The OS isn't. That's why we got 3.2 ages after the US. Actually, did they ever release 3.2 for the Canadian Xoom? I wouldn't know as I reflashed with the US ROM when I got sick of waiting for 3.1.
The Canadian ROM has some US-only stuff removed such as Amazon MP3, and there were a few other differences too (3.0 had a whole different update checking module for instance).
Right now our best chance is for Team EOS to get their hand on it, be able to lift the missing binaries from it, and get us a 99% working ICS before Moto does (and probably months before Canadian owners gets an official ICS update as well).

Yes, they released 3.2 for the Xoom last month from what I heard.
I returned my Galaxy Tab 10.1 to the store yesterday and picked up a Xoom. The performance is much better on the Xoom it looks like. I know the screen isn't as good but the performance seems much better.

They're doing a super job. In the little time I've had this, I've really noticed the little things such as their Xmas boot animation. I'm aware that some don't like it, but I think most will like the little touch of 'class'. Personally, I'd like to see them really surprise me with a Superbowl or BCS bowl animation but I recognize that will only appeal to a few.

Heh I'm not worried, everything always comes in time ... Motorola obviously didn't launch the phone in the US and I'm just interested in the turnaround since then from the planned US launch in January. It's been a bit irritating to see all the 16GB stock suddenly appear in the US when it's been hard to get any in the UK, not to mention accessories ... anyway, off-topic.
