Good, hope someone can root this device

Can i charge C4 with 2.4A charger?
Standard charger took so long.

I tried 5v 2a charger...but phone heats up after few minutes.......

Unfortunately, C4's charger is very slow. Only 850mah. Some users said that bought the Sony's 2.1A charger and it's pretty good, no problems so far, and the full charging (1% to 100%) time went from 3 hours and 30min to approximately 2 hours.
I'm thinking about buying it, mostly because this (the slow charging) is the thing that really annoys me in this excellent device.

Advice
Advice for all of the people who buy this phone. Dont put My xperia service on, even if you live in a dangerous area, my phone just died because there is a bug that makes the login process dead and you cant even put your google account to unlock it, and SONY washes his hands.

You should probably remove the IMEI number from your previous post.
Dont want other people getting hold of that.

How come? Can you explain this please?
i seriously doubt that you have had any experience modding/flashing phones, when you cannot tell the difference between a genuine and counterfeit phone, maybe if the models looked even remotely similar i would believe your story...
does it run windows mobile? curious
It's even "better" then Xperia if DE correct. Trip-band only but with DualSim and G-sensor!
Ah, they forgot to put in GPS...
A pity the original X1 lacks of G-sensor and DualSim with Standby. Would be as twice as expensive I believe.

[Question] Please Help XDA Gods

I just bought a second hand t-mobile HD2 last night which i intend to install android and wp7. The phone worked great for the first 2 hours before i put my sim in (it was in my mytouch 4g). I pulled the battery to put the sim in and once i turned my phone on i get 7 vibrates and it stays at the stay together screen. The longer i leave the battery out of my phone the longer i can use the phone for. It always freezes and restarts. I looked at the pins in the back but they seem fine.
Edit: Just stress tested it at 1.5ghz for 3 mins hottest it went was 31 degrees Celsius. I honestly have no idea what the problem is
Heres a video i made of it the battery was out for about 3 mins

AND put your question in your title! PLEASE. Nice pictures, though!
Someone's obviously had it apart for some reason, and that doesn't bode well. Can you try it with another battery, just to rule out a battery problem?
is that better?

Drain Battery without Galaxy 3?

I ordered a new battery but its gonna take some time before it arrives.
By the time I was thinking if there is any way to drain out my old battery without using my Galaxy 3?
Maybe like attaching a light bulb?
Is it possible?
why do u wanna drain out the old battery??

w h y ??
I don't know.....
Just curious I guess.....
Or is there anyway by which the phone stops calculating the battery left and then directly switches off when the battery becomes 0?
And my new battery hasn't arrived yet.....
Maybe with a LED... not?

Don't do anything like this, it could kill the battery or even be more dangerous.

The battery is already as good as dead.
What worse could happen?

Wow these are some serious temps... although i have the exynos model it gets hot too but i have never measured it... But to be honest i havent be able to feel the heat as i am using a case... Don't know what its all about , but it cools down really fast... I wouldn't worry though... I mean you should start worrying when you get other hardware issues and you know that are attributed to the heat .

XDA Bounty on 10/2014 now one year ..... OK ?? Go on
If This is suppose to be permanent why didn't he reboot the device to prove it.
I thought the same thing but he did power it on himself. That's what I was thinking. It didn't look like a reboot.
This wouldn't be a developer device running retail firmware????
Sorry but I'm finding this to hard to believe.
I thought we would never see root.
Man this can't be real I just gave up my note4 a week ago for this edge.
