Windows 10 is not compatible with extreme injector you can run Farcry 4 with injector on windows 7,8,8.1.Your options are either upgrade your processor or install windows 7or 8 alongside windows 10 to play the game.

you need an upgrade. GPU and CPU dont meet the minimum requirements. 2nd hand Intel q9300 cpu or better and a new basic gpu like a Nvidia 750ti will make a massive difference to your pc for roughly £100. anything newer will require a new mobo, ram etc.
Minimum System Requirements
Operating system: Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8/8.1 (64bit versions only)
Processor: Intel Core i5-750 @ 2.6 GHz or AMD Phenom II X4 955 @ 3.2 GHz
Memory: 4GB
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 or AMD Radeon HD5850 (1GB VRAM)
Direct X: Version 11
Hard Drive: 30 GB available space
Sound Card: DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card with latest drivers
Recommended System Requirements
Operating system: Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8/8.1 (64bit versions only)
Processor: Intel Core i5-2400S @ 2.5 GHz or AMD FX-8350 @ 4.0 GHz or better
Memory: 8GB
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 or AMD Radeon R9 290X or better (2GB VRAM)
Direct X: Version 11
Hard Drive: 30 GB available space
Sound Card: DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card with latest drivers

[Q] Will my laptop run Windows 8?

Acer 5552:
AMD Athlon II X2 P320 2.1Ghz Processor
15.6" HD LCD Screen
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 256MB VRAM
4GB DDR3 Memory/RAM
500GB HDD
DVD-Super Multi DL Drive
Acer Nplify 802.11 b/g/n
6-cell Li-ion battery
I didn't originally plan on upgrading to Windows 8, but at just $39.99 for Pro it seems a steal. So, will my laptop run the OS and how will drives work?

Yes, they haven't changed the requirements for Windows 8 so if it runs Vista/7 it can run Windows 8. But if you want to run metro apps you need 1366x768 screen resolution, this seems to be standard on most 15.6" laptops made in the last few years.
Most likely that will be fine.
Beware the snap required resolutions , I was very disappointed when it wasn't available on my 13" MacBook pro.
Still awesome

I installed Windows 8 on my ASUS K52Jc and everything works like charm but still can't find drivers for my Chicony camera.
Windows is really fast, but sometime I think that it lags (for some milliseconds).
Anyone knows if there will be drivers for Chicony camera's?

GTA IV on Windows 8 RTM

Hello everyone,
I've installed GTA 4 on Windows 8 and I've a big problem : the GPU is not recognised by the game !
It starts with the Integrated GPU ( Intel Graphics ) with the total memory of 25 MBytes.
With the nVidia Optimus Panel I choose to start the game with the GPU nVidia but it starts with Intel Graphic too.
Does anyone know how to fix the problem ?!
Drivers are up to date and on Windows 7 system it correctly start with GPU nVidia.
I've an Acer Aspire 5755G
CPU : Intel Core i7 2670QM with Intel Graphics up to 2 GB.
GPU : nVidia GeForce GT540 M 2GB (up to 4GB)
RAM : 8 GB ddr3
HDD : 1 TByte
Thx.

Have you installed the driver for Windows 8? There is already a beta driver for this gpu.
I have Samsung RF711 and I had the same problem with Sleeping Dogs, game lagged as hell and when I looked in the device manager there was no mark of my GT540M so I had to download the driver, install it and then it came up.
If you force all apps to run on the dedicated graphics, will it work?

Every game executable forced to load with GT540 but nope.
I'm trying to install the game without the 1.0.7.0 patch that introduce the menu with the GTA IV: Episode from Liberty City.
[SOLVED] GPU Problem running GTA IV on Windows 8 RTM
Original problem:
" GPU nVidia not recognised on Acer TM 5755g and the integrated GPU (Intel Graphics HD) can't use the shared memory (2GB), also forcing
GPU selection with nVidia Optimus Panel"
GPU Driver installed : nVidia Green 302.80 for Windows 8
Solution :
Changed GPU Driver with 301.42 for Windows 7

[Q] would it be possible to run age of empires 2?

Hi i was wondering if it would be possible to emulate age of empires 2 on the samsung s4 as the requirements:
MINIMUM PC REQUIREMENTS for AoE 2
Windows 95/98/NT4
Pentium 166MHz Processor
32MB RAM
300MB Hard Disk Space
4X CD-ROM Drive
2MB Video SVGA 800x600 Resolution Card @ 256-colors
as you can see the samsung s4 would be more then enough in terms of prossessing speed (1.9 ghz), 2 gb of ram and 16 gb of hd space. is there anything that would prevent an emulator running this???
+1
On my Incredible 2 I had Windows 95 running through Dosbox. I have not set the same up with my GS4 but it should work. You will need to make an image of a Windows 95 or later set up CD.

Pretty solid, I would only make a couple changes.
Switch the GTX 1070 for a 1660. Prices are pretty much the same. Never mind, the 1070 is actually a stronger GPU than the 1660, and the 1650 would be closer in price. If you can afford to spend a little extra, the 1080 is a real beast that can still hold its own.
Spend the extra money on 16GB RAM; 8GB might be a bit limited.
If you want to save a bit, go for a smaller SSD as your OS drive (like 100GB or so), and use a 500GB-1TB HDD as your secondary drive.

My PC & Laptop

My main use case for these computers is uni, I'm doing cyber security and need something powerful for encryption/decryption, running multiple VMs at once, computing hashes, etc. I'll also use it for my internship.
Desktop:
CPU: Intel Core i9-13900KF
CPU Cooler: EKWB AIO D-RGB 280mm
GPU: MSI GAMING X TRIO RX 6950 XT
PSU: Phanteks Revolt Pro 1000W
RAM: Kingston FURY Renegade 32GB DDR5-6000
Mobo: Gigabyte Z690 AORUS ELITE AX DDR5
Storage 1: WD-Black SN850X 1TB
Storage 2: Crucial MX500 2TB
Optical Drive: LG WH14NS40
Case: Fractal Design Pop Air
Laptop:
Lenovo Legion 5 Pro
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
GPU: RTX 3060
RAM: Kingston FURY 32GB DDR4-3200
Storage: 512GB SSD
Both the desktop and laptop you listed have powerful components that are capable of handling demanding tasks such as encryption/decryption, running multiple VMs, and computing hashes.
The desktop you listed has an Intel Core i9-13900KF processor, which is one of the latest and most powerful CPUs from Intel, and an MSI GAMING X TRIO RX 6950 XT graphics card, which is a high-end GPU that can handle gaming and other graphics-intensive tasks. The 32GB DDR5-6000 RAM and the WD-Black SN850X 1TB NVMe SSD are also top-of-the-line components that provide fast performance.
On the other hand, the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro laptop is also a powerful machine, with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processor and an RTX 3060 graphics card. The 32GB DDR4-3200 RAM and 512GB SSD are also good components for a laptop.
If you need a powerful machine for your cyber security studies and internship, the desktop you listed may be the better option as it has more powerful components overall. However, the laptop is more portable and can be useful if you need to work on the go or need a more compact machine. Ultimately, the decision depends on your specific needs and preferences.
