Request for OxygenOS Fastboot Images - OnePlus 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey Guys,
i need the OxygenOS fastboot images for flashing it directly over fastboot.
I know that its possible to extract the files out of the .zip from OxygenOS, but i didn't get that.
Anyone has the files? Or can upload it?
Greetings, Core

[Tool][[windows] Make CWM Recovery .img's into .tar.md5 odin flash-able files 1 CLICK

Ok so i made this tool for personal use, but i saw a lot of people wanted this, so here it is
Step 1. Download it from ATTACHMENTS
Step 2. Decompress it to a folder
Step 3. Download your recovery for your SAMSUNG device from here
http://www.clockworkmod.com/rommanager/
Step 4. Rename it to "recovery.img" then move it to the folder you decompressed the tool at earlier
Step 5. Open the "Runme" file and theres your recovery.tar.md5 File ready to flash with odin
please if you used my tool give me some credit and relink to this page as the tool you used to make the file

Yes downloaded from cwm official website. I saw that it is really simple but are you sure that the recovery.img need to be placed in the bat folder and not in the bin folder?
Inviato dal mio GT-I9070 con Tapatalk 2
yes im sure. please take a snapshot of your problem...
Couldn't you make it convert the .img into a signed stock recovery flashable zip?
you can download any recovery for your phone that is flash able in cwm. and just open it up with 7zip or winrar and replace the recovery.img file with yours, rename it ofc

shokran
@panda00 no thats simply not possible without samsung's sign signature on that update zip file, and im sure they wont do that, that happens only in rare cases
as in only twice. i think once with the vibrant and once with the captivate

It's been done for all kernels of i9070... They're all flashable through stock recovery, also the root method for i9070 is also a stock recovery flashable zip.
thats becouse its a insecure, witch is different because you would have to flash that in odin, witch just makes no point to this conversation, why just not flash recovery in odin
1 flash? 2 flash?

(Guide) Flash firmware through twrp without relocking bootloader!!

I am writing this as I have seen many people have bricked their device because of relocking bootloader by updating firmware. Follow this guide to successfully flash firmware without relocking bootloader!
1.Install rar from play store.
2.Download your required firmware.
3.Open rar and locate the firmware you have downloaded and open it.
4.Delete the 'aboot emmc_appsboot.mbn' file from the zip and let it rebuild.
5.Flash the modified zip happily
If this helps please hit thanks!
Is there a link for downloading official firmwares? Thanks.

If your firmware zip contains recovery.img then you have to delete it otherwise your recovery will change to stock
I will be soon writing a tutorial to install twrp without bootloader unlock!

This seems a great alternative. I have a few questions though.
1) Can you please direct me to a link which has a legitimate untouched latessst stable indian firmware for Lenovo Z2 Plus 64GB/4GB model?
2) I understand the delete 'aboot emmc_appsboot.mbn' part, but how to rebuild?
3) After rebuilding process, this firmware zip can be flashed using TWRP? Right? Because currently I have a unlocked bootloader and TWRP. ROM that I am running is stock but rooted and few application uninstalled from system.
Appreciate your detailed reply for the query. Thanks in advance.

If the zip is a twrp flashable zip then you can flash it, but if the zip contains only NON-HLOS.bin then you will have to flash it via fastboot.

Accidentally wiped System !!

I accidentally wiped my system through twrp while clearing cache , as a result my mob is stuck at logo.
My recovery is working fine.
Can anyone guide me through installation of OS via fast boot or any other method?

I seem to have the same situation. Now, if TWRP is intact, I should be able to install the rom through there an not need adb, right? I can boot into recovery, I find and install:
Seraph's LOS 20180409, opengapps arm64 8.1 nano and supersu v2.82.
But when rebooting I cannot get past the wizard's third step (where it asks you which sim to use for messages) before it crashes.
Tried flashing earlier LOS release that was still in download folder but same result.
No errors show on install log, if zip's were corrupted, it would show in TWRP, right?
Please advise.

Seems you should install Official Oxygen OS first.

the phone is an 901F .. i've found a program (drfone) that could help me to unlock the phone, but when i select samsung s5 i can select only the 900F variant. There is any problem if I try to unlock the phone using the app for the variant 901F instead of mine, 901F one? Thank you!
If you have TWRP installed you can easilly remove the password by deleting the .key files and locksettings.db-- from /data/system

AFAIK you can flash TWRP directly from odin without the need of debug mode, so I'd suggest you try that.

thank you, i succesfully done it!
i've succesfully managed to install twrp (just using odin 3.09, unchecked autoreboot, flashed last twrp and wait 3 mins and said "passed") .. so, i've unconnect the s5 from pc.. got out the battery to turn off the phone and without any reboot i've entered recovery and (after a backup) i've flashed a file ("rmpass.zip" or something similar) ..reboot without install any of twrp app (just click on "do not install") .. and done..

Restore original recovery?

Hi guys..
it may sound funny but.. I decided to install Google camera via this tool https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-a1/how-to/tool-google-camera-root-magisk-enable-t3747585 and.. i didn't read everything and now my phone is unlocked with TWRP. I want to relock it again, but I need stock recovery. Where can I find it?
I think flashing stock boot.img will do.

Sorry for the late reply.
You can copy it from the firmware (fastboot ROM) after it has been extracted.
