Possible free nexus 7??

Hi all
I cancelled my Google order last week before shipment due to getting one of the emails saying it was delayed. I bought from pc world here in the UK in the end.
On Sunday I got an email saying my tablet has been shipped. I checked the tnt ref today and apprantly my Gardner has signed for it today while I was at work. I dont have a Gardner!
At the time of canceling my order i removed my c/card details from wallet to ensure the order was not shipped. I checked my balance as of last night and they have not debited the money. I checked with my bank and they have pre authorised the funds but not taken it.
How quick was your money taken compared to delivery?
Just wondering if somehow I have managed to get a free nexus 7 from Google?

Once you click GO on a purchase a contract is formed between the card issuer and the retailer.
The funds are booked and the item is then shipped. Once the item is shipped the funds are released to the retailer.
If the gardener has signed for it they have a free Nexus and you have to prove you're not a gardener and don't employ one.
if you can prove that then liability is with the carrier and your card issuer is responsible for the refund.

In the US they have typically been charging on shipping day, mistakes aside...

Hey guys! Just saw this in the news! Its free $25 dollar credit at Google Play for buying the HTC One. Redeem it before July 15th!

they opened pre-orders last friday.

I jumped on it day 1. I got the HTC one and lets just say its nice but its camera has out lasted its welcome. I need to zoom into pics and the features of the Galaxy Note 3 are perfect for me.

I work for AT&T. They only open it to the top 2 credit classes. That sucks man. If you pay your bill before the due date 6 months in a row that will help open that option for you. I opened a new line and did the next option at the store. I hope to get the phone soon since im close to the ft. Worth warehouse.

Oh ok. I did mine in store. Dunno if it makes a difference or not but I did mine Friday morning in Plano, TX.

Yeah I only ordered mine a few nights ago, I never do anything in the store because I know the morons will somehow screw me out if my grandfathered unlimited data. Once it's gone you will never get it back I've heard..

Yeah you dont want to play with your unlimited data. Its true once its gone thats all folks. I used to live in Orlando and the Waterford store is great. I have always had a great experience there.

Premier (corporate or discount through work) account or standard?
How did your order your N3? Brand new account? New line on an existing account? If an upgrade on an existing contracted line was it: A) $299 for a two-year contract renewal, B) no change to commitment via AT&T Next, or C) no change to commitment purchased at full retail?
I'm only asking to see if AT&T's prioritizing shipments based on type of account or type of service/upgrade.

I have an EMO account. (Employee Mobility offer)Its an existing account. Purchased through Next program. Just paid 54 dollars in change for taxes and thats all.

When I did my HTC One I got mine day of launch. I can tell you for absolute certain we do not get preferencial treatment on equipment. Either its a typo or by some miracle i will be a proud owner of a Note 3 weeks early. I hope its the latter but the many years of preorders this is a first for me. Never seen this happen before but highly acceptable if its true

Sprint Nexus 6 Shipment/Stock

Just got off chat with a Sprint rep. Come to find out Sprint never had stock of the Nexus 6 and is now saying they are waiting on a shipment to send out to customers who have already paid for the device in order it was placed via web or telesales. So what this means is they are giving a "timeframe" of 2-10 business days for shipment.
This is bold face lying to the customer. To say you can "buy" the device on 11/14 was never true. Sprint basically said they would sell you one but never had stock.

A Sprint employee on the Sprint subreddit (r/sprint) said that the Sprint warehouses are still showing 0 inventory, which means stores will also be at 0 inventory today. So disappointing.

Last Thursday there were ~15 cargo ships parked off the Los Angeles ports waiting to unload due to a truck driver protest. Don't think it's any better today.

Got off the Chat again with customer care. I requested a credit. They issued a $15 credit due to the trouble.

Just called 6 sprints in orange county California and no Nexus 6 yet... All say to call back after noon to check their shipment.

Just talked to sprint and guy said they are in warehouse and shipping tomorrow. He said there was an internal glitch

So anyone with sprint have a nexus 6 on their account? I'm hoping since it's not officially released from sprint (no in store activations) that the Moto orders will work once sprint starts activating Nexus 6 on accounts.

That would be within the 2 to 5 business days that Sprint promised you when you placed your order.

Maybe that is true. I just tried to cancel my Nexus 6 order for a Note 4 (I know, I know). But the rep said that he couldn't cancel it because the Nexus is ready to be shipped!!!
Here's a copy of that part of the convo:

Anybody had any trouble with redeem promotion after you received phone. I didn't choose at checkout because I wasn't sure what I wanted. Now when I go to redeem page it checks my phones imei number and says its not eligible.

Nope. I just redeemed mine about 1hr ago. Used it to get the bud live. It's already processed and I should receive it by the 27th.

I am curious about the $200 promo, Tmob said they were not aware of it, but I have 15 different emails from the Samsung.com pre order sign up that talk about a $200 promotion..... maybe it was only if you actually placed the order through Samsung.com which is shady..... but oh well.

im having trouble, im having out of normal issues. it may of got lost in the ether. used it at check out. fedex delivered my goodie somewhere else, got the item refunded, hoping the credit is refunded as well. tryin to explain it and get and answer if ill get ther credit back from customer support is impossible, they dont seem to understand the question

I'm having the exact same problem. They have escalated my issue to a higher tier of Samsung support. Pretty crazy that it's this difficult to get them to give you the credit they promised.

I did a chat with them on the Samsung Shop app as there are bad waiting times on the phone these days, but yeah, you need to make them aware of the issue

Hmmm....checked this morning and I noticed I have another $100 to spend. I probably will get two uv sanitizer

After chatting with support, I uninstalled then reinstalled the app, then it showed my IMEI as eligible.

Support ended up telling me that I would be receiving an email within 14 days of delivery.

Copy the IMEI by long pressing in the phones about info screen. Paste that into the submission form. You might have a similar character messed up.

I ordered mine on the 21st of August. Has anyone tried to get promo after the preorders?

Redeemed my Buds Live on the 21s when my Pre-Order arrived, zero issues. I did see (repeatedly) that it's only the first 15,000 people that get the promo, though.

how fast do you get the $150 credit? i seen some say you just use the store app and buy products and it takes from the $150 credit. Mine doesn't look like like i got any credit yet if thats the case. Samsung sent me an email saying i was approved for the promotion, but i haven't seen the credit yet or notice that i got one.

Im not sure how to use my 150 credit, i already have the Buds Plus, is it worth getting the Buds Live as well? I'm thinking of using the Plus for working out and the Live for traveling or commuting.

I just talked to one of the representative said it could take up to 2 weeks to get your $150 credit

Took 2 days to get approved. Then took about 2 days to receive the email. Was the same for 2 phone redeemed from 2 different Samsung accounts.
