Nexus 4 running the recent update Android 4.2.2. still has bluetooth/wifi issues

Symptoms prior to 4.2.2.: Bluetooth headset (i tech 310) would disconnect during a call, when phone connected to WiFi network on auto frequency setting. At that time WiFi would drop and headset use would become unstable and unusable at the end.
NEW Symptom after 4.2.2.: Bluetooth would not turn on at all after "airplane mode" being turned off.. When attempting to turn it manually on from setting, the on/off bar would not switch to on, unless the phone turned off and on again.
Please provide any helpful advice or info on the matter..

If wifi on, so HF BT problem

Hello, today I brought home a fourth Nexus I had made the upgrade to 3.4 I have big problems with BT HF. Bad sound. When initiating a call, I turn off wifi. Do you ever have a similar problem? It's some solvable?
EDIT: Found out that the problem occurs only when it is paired and paid wifi in range. When initiating a call, wifi off and wants to again and again and connect it in some way causes outage call. I The fact that the wifi off is obviously wrong. I also tried on another Nexus 4 with 4.2.2. Ja mam 04.03 When wifi is paid or not ready to sit pairing, so it's ok.
You have a different experience? Is there any solution?

[Q] Bluetooth disconnects on WiFi connect

Hi,
when I ride my car, I usually turn on the car mode, WiFi and Bluetooth. I start at home where I am connected to my WiFi and connect the Bluetooth audio. Everywhere works fine.
But once I reach my destination where they also have WiFi the phone tries to connect to it. This causes the Bluetooth to shut down completely and only a reboot of the phone makes it possible to re-activate it.
I just started to experience this issue. Is it possibly related to the latest Android update? Does anyone know a fix?
Thank you!
Change the Wi-Fi band.
Go to Wi-Fi, click 3 dots menu, select Advanced and change the frequency band at 2.4ghz.

Hi, Thank you very much for your recommendation. The situation has improved since but I have had another two disconnects:
- once Bluetooth reconnected itself
- the second time the situation was again as described above
Any further ideas?
I'm still facing the issue in irregular patterns. Are there other possibilities than changing the WiFi band?
Try other radio maybe.
.48 seems to work fine for many users

Hi, thank you!
I just tried to find an option where to change the radio but couldn't find it. Could you please tell me where it is?
However, I discovered the "scanning always available". Does this drain the battery? If not, I could turn off WiFi in my car and always put this option instead. The only reason why I turn on WiFi in the car is to improve the GPS location and I usually turn it off cause it drains the battery when I am on campus and it keeps reconnecting to several WiFis.

Just flash through custom recovery.
And for GPS you shouldn't need Wi-Fi or other data.
Mine locks in seconds, the moment I activate the navigation.

The WI-FI problem on 6.0.1.

Hello guys. Yesterday i update my phone (A700F) with 6.0.1. All works fine but WI-FI disconnects alone when the screen is off. In the Advance settings of WI-FI the "Keep WI-FI on during sleep" is set to "Always".
Sorry for my bad english.
My Dad is having a similar issue on the Galaxy A5 2015 (A500FU), the wifi disconnects very often and after it did that it won't find the wifi anymore, he has to disable everything and wait in order to find it again. This is an software issue Samsung has to fix.
Same problem. For example I open Facebook Messenger and then i just minimize it,not close it.When I get back in the app it tells me that I'm not connected to wifi but I am connected so I have to wait a little bit before getting the connection back.Never had this problem before updating to 6.0.1.
