Problem with GPS bluetooth unit, do I have to pair with it each time?

I never used bluetooth GPS device so what I found so far with IOgear GPS receiver is strange.
Whenever I switch on my Wizard and GPS device within a range, I'm prompted to establish pair with it (even though I already done it before), then I have to manually setup outgoing COM port in Bluetooth manager and only after that mapping software can see GPS device.
I have to do each time I switch off and on GPS bluetooth receiver, is it expected or something is broken with my Wizard OS or GPS receiver?
I use WM6.

bluetooth with navigation and handsfree carkit

hello,
i have a handsfree carkit (parrot 3200) and a gps mouse (holux). if i want to start my navigation (tomtom6 or route66) no gps signal was found, cause my handsfree is connected with my wizard. disconnecting the handsfree allows me to connect my gps mouse. after this connection, it is also possible to connect my handsfree.
is their any program, that allows my wizard to connect more than one receiver?
thx

Blutooth auto-connecting?

I'm trying to connect bluetooth in my car's native bluetooth module. The connection works and everything is fine but when I try to reconnect....as in turn on my phone's bluetooth to reconnect to my car....a box pops up and ask me if I want to connect to my car's bluetooth...
Is there a way to bypass this? I simply just want to come into my car and the bluetooth automatically connects without asking me if I want to "Connect my device to my car's bluetooth."

Bluetooth Controller Pairing PIN ???

Hi,
i can't connect my Bluetooth Controller.
If i would like to pair it prompts me to type in a pairing pin, but on the controller i can not type it in. How can i connect it to my joying car stereo?
Car Stereo is rooted and i tryed out the android settings, too. but i could not find any settings where i can deactivate the pairing pin
What head unit is it?
If it's a joying just use the 1234 pin.
Yes it`s a joying head unit, and i can not type in a pin on the controller. I would like to use the controller for volume control. And it has only volume, skip track, play and pause button. The head unit ask to type in a pin for pairing on the controller, not on the unit itself.
You should just be able to pair it with the code 1234 in the bluetooth settings. It basically will pair to any device that way.
Set the controller to pair then search for it on the joying. When it finds it then you can just type 1234. The unit should pair with the device.
If it doesn't upload a video to show us what you are doing.
It doesn't work. The Android Version 6 generates a random pairing code on the car stereo every time i try to pair the remote controller. And on the remote controller i can not type in any code, because it has no keyboard (it has only media player controll buttons)
I am searching a way to deactivate that anoying randomly code generation on my android head unit, why it can not be ask to hit "any button" on the remote button if i would like to pair.
Also bought a Joying car radio with android 6.0.1 and bought a 3rd party bluetooth controller, which won't connect, same problem here...
Is there any solution to get this fixed?
Did you try apps like these?
These controllers should act as HID devices, just like mice and keyboards. Did any of you try to connect a mouse or keyboard?
(I will try myself as well one of these days when it's not so cold anymore)
Any news on this topic? I have the same problem. I tried to reach native android bluetooth settings, but it fails just a sec after I launch it.
Anyone come up with anything? I tried a bluetooth becan scanner app and it force closes everytime i scan. Someone has had to come up with something. Some type of app that bypasses the radios phone only pairing.
I am in the same boat, would love to use a controller on my steering wheel but nothing pairs except my phone.
Hallo, just install their Application Magic LED from Google Store and it will pair the device automatically. Probably the pairing key is hidden in it And one hint: 5 seconds after pairing with the device the app doesn´t work so wait for this time with using it. Enjoy! James Tesla
Anyone come up with anything? I have a Chinese unit and I want to connect my xbox one controller and a mini keyboard but it is impossible because I cannot type the code on these devices.
I have same problem
I’m wait for anyone update T T
anyone update ^o^

Seicane H6001K and others, Bluetooth pairing (OBD ) device with PIN Code

In the standard settings and main Apps there's no way to pair with other devices than phones or Bluetooth audio devices.
Problem is that a Bluetooth device like an OBD dongle needs to be paired through PIN code. There's no way to do that in the standard settings in some of these devices.
The solution comes from an app called: Bluetooth Force Pin Pair (connect) available from the play store.
Download the app and open it.
Enter the PIN code for the Bluetooth device (usually 1234 or 0000 see the device manual)
Search for the wanted device, in our case the OBD dongle. Then pair and your done!
The device is successfully paired. Then you of course go to your App (in our case Realdash or Torque pro) and go to connections and select Bluetooth and search/select the wanted Bluetooth device.
Done.
i have done this, but whenever i go to torque or obdlink, it tries to connect again with the original BT app..
