They work only on touchwiz lollipop, and I think its very hard to develop a rom like that

im wondering if there is anyway to rip the eclair lockscreen and place it in a custom rom?
would this cause any problems and how would a person go about this?

Oh I agree sorry i didn't read that he wanted WatchOn. It requires IR Blaster witch isn't in most roms.

I never use this ROM so far, but if I see on the screenshot on the OP thread, there is setting on that ROM.
I'm also not sure what setting you are looking for. If I'm talking about the correct setting which you were asking earlier, and yours is missing, it's either you accidentally deleted the apps, or... there's something wrong with the installation. Because in all custom ROM, developers will not just remove it, because this is essentials part of the android o/s.
Edit : or... I might be mis-interpret what you have asked, and you can ignore my reply.
I'm using Phoenix rom and the note3/s5 settings interface is causing me some troubles.
Can someone please upload me a flashable zip? i couldn't find it anywhere.

No, the stock settings app. i think it's called SecSettings.apk

Because some things are not ready yet. Try pac. I use it daily.
