How to install
recovery used - Carliv Touch & Non-touch Recovery For iris504Q
-Download the ROM zip and Place it in Your SDCard
-Wipe Cache/Dalvik Cache, Data/Factory Reset
-format system
-Install the Zip (installation takes time as there are lot of apps)
-reboot to system
In recovery it asks for disable recovery flashing - select no.
-1st Boot Might take upto 3 Minutes So don't panic.
After first boot at social app setup screen ROM tried to connect to internet so it appears as if it hanged but its not.
It will take time for response, after this it will be smooth.
There are on screen keys - if u want u can disable it from purexperia settings.
Xposed framework is fully working - just install framework, activate modules and restart.
viper4android fully working - just install drivers and restart.

Hey man. I'm from the Philippines too and I also have a O+ 8.15. Question though, did your screen became funky after installing this ROM? Mine did. Something was making my screen press itself and it became laggy at times.

Mine is very ok. No bugs at all and Very smooth
Bugs bugs!!! unstable rom
1. status bar is transparent by default and there is no way to remove the transparency
2. There is not a single app which supports transparency and results in white status bar whenever you open any app, status bar icons go invisible as they are all white in color
3. GravityBox not working once you made any modifications in gravity box and reboot the phone all changes that you made in gravityBox got reset automatically
4. Most unexpected bug. is Alarm not working when phone is switched off.. even karbon phone supports alarm when there phone is switched off
5. No app notification, as you have to open app to get any notification for example your friend has sent you a message on whatsapp but you wont get notification of that message until you open whatsapp and see messages

yeah that's a problem....
it should be sorted out, otherwise a superb rom

Gravitybox working fine every time - after restart too.
U can change status bar color as u like in gravitybox.
U get all sort of notifications - messages calls etc.
Alarm also working perfect.
Just go through the screenshots attached.
I suggest u reflash the rom with full wipes.

1.Just set the alarm and switch off the phone, you will see that alarm wont trigger when phone is switched off
2.Did you use gravity box which is pre installed with rom ??
3.Switch off phone and switch on again, dont open any app and ask your friend to text you on whatsapp, you wont get notification.
4.One More thing -- there is no vibration when call is connected ???
5.Clear all recent apps button is not working also
6.Why is there OTA update app as it always says no update required or no new version? is there any possibility of new version in future?

every thing works just fine, just update the gravity box to the latest version, that rolled out yesterday.

Well it was till the gravity box update rolled out... Now everything works fine.
But there seems to be a problem with the radio app.
It asks for ' set the default Radio region' but never goes on after that.
how to change font?

Instructions:
Make sure you have installed Q700i firmware already. details on installing Q700i fw
Download the rom from provided link and copy to your sdcard
Reboot into recovery
Select wipe data/factory reset, go to advanced and wipe dalvic
Install the rom zip from sdcard

This is good
I had problem with proximity censor, while call.
Display goes off, and don't comes back on.
I have Q700i, bought 5 day back.
and proximity sensor is not working in any other ROM than its default rom.

& In this ROM NWV2, air gesture is also not working, move hand in any direction, takes as to go right.

Don't know because proximity sensor works fine in all the ROM above. and yes airgesture works like that only.

no multiwindow and i removed sidebar because lots of guys told me to remove that, you can download a better sidebar app from playstore.
gravity box is not working properly in NoteWiz V2 rom...please look into it... thanks.

is there any solution to make Gravity box working in this rom? Even other xposed framework modules not working in this rom, I have tried Xui Mod but no success. Also time on Accu Weather widget is not matching with the time of phone. Thanks.

@drdogautam I am using Xtheme Engine, gravitybox, iconthemer with xposed in this rom. no problem here. only statusbar customisation doesn't work in gravitybox. Try to install latest xposed installer again.

Here are original apk's from Xperia ZU system dump, ported to work on JB 4.3.
Whole porting process was done on my Xperia ZQ (ZL) running lastest JB 4.3 firmware, but they should work on any JB 4.3 device/firmware (to be confirmed)!
Warning:
As you know (I hope so), every device has its own framework-res.apk with its own resources/ids and the SystemUI.apk inherits a lot of them at run-time, so, if you install on a "non-ZQ" device 4.3 and face some wrong resources (pngs, strings, animations, ...) at your screen, it is a normal behavior, and this means that some SystemUI.apk edits are necessary to match your framework-res.apk resources.

Already A Port For SP 4.3 Is There By Me But With Default Phonebook.

Tested:
- z1
- z1c (report light themes does not work, i'll try mod specific for z1c)
- z2
- Z3 if fail, try install zip from @ogunja

Can confirm working in Z3 .690. (dark setting + autostart + CPU settings and monitor)
Light settings did not working on Z1C.
Settings app did not appear in launcher.

Tried to install dark on my Z3 to no avail.
Stock Lollipop UK. 726.
Had to restore a backup, as even putting the original Settings.apk and arm folder resulted in no settings installed.
My dark settings disappeared after some hours... I flashed a new font and upon reboot the settings were gone. I too restored a backup and am not going to touch this mod again.

Hi Alvian_P, just intalled your mod on my z2 .726 and everything is working fine, thanks to everyone involved :good:
This Settings APK must not be used on anything but Z3 (and maybe Z2, since they have the same firmware 23.1.X). There are global resource references (0x10_____) which are different between the devices and depend on the framework-res.apk. Example: 0x10405b3 vs 0x10405af in MediaFormat.smali.
Be careful! Never cross-flash Settings.apk without proper porting!

Thanks for the steps, but I'm using the official rom and battery life seems to not exceed 6 hours of SoT. Which is less than MIUI 8 and on par with custom non MIUI roms. Anyone facing this issue ?

Haven't encountered the drain issue myself, pretty much on par for me as 8 was.
Just to clarify in case I wasn't clear, I'm not talking about the Xiaomi.eu MIUI 9 rom but the official chinese ROM.

I forgot to turn off auto updates and my Mi MIX has been updated to MIUI 9 China Stable V9.1.2.0.NAHCNEI. So far the response is good but I encounter some issue during listening to whatapp voice msg, after you click play on the whatapp voice msg my Mi MIX screen will turn black and the sound will be soften but you can still listen to the voice msg if you place the phone near to your ear. It will become not responsive till the whatapp voice msg fully finish and you either need to double touch the screen or use finger to unlock the phone. Anyone encounter this error. Is this the right forum to submit this bug?

This issue was happening all the time, perhaps it gets worse on the latest update. But as i suggested before; when it gets turned off; just put your phone to your ear(like in a call) and move it away quickly. It supposes to wake the screen up.
That thing i guess happens because of weird proximity sensor behavior. If you cover the sensor area while listening a voice message(same thing happens on telegram, and regular call); sound goes to earphone, which looks ok. But this feature behaves abnormally on mix, smh.

Regarding the changelog of v89; it supposed to be fixing corrupted permission of xposed log folder(after rebootings). Guess I'll flash it next time with a rom.

indeed . i used it to flash Resurrection Remix 5.8.5
but its showing 0b on miui9 i dont know if it got an update . i used it a month a go
now i am on miui9 global

Which ROM ?
I really like Miui, I'll never go back to a lithium ROM. I found Miui theme editor,it's the app iv been looking for there are alot of little tweaks. The reviews in the play store are mixed though. There are alot of people that are saying theme editor doesn't work after update OTA to the latest Miui ROM, so I guess since I'm not having any issues with this ROM I'll be staying put. There's a few more things I would like to change being, the nav bar is there a way to change the icons? I would also like to make the status bar icons a little bigger. And what the heck is the little icon in the far right hand corner of the status bar it looks like a little battery icon with a small pad lock in the center.

I just installed Xstana and it's ok I guess but I really don't like the nav bar options really, but if it's all I can get then I'll use them. Why does the Xstana navbar theme only apply to home screen? When I click any app they go back to default icons. There are several other navbar icon apps but they don't work and that sucks. Is there any extra work that can be done to keep the navbar icons that we pick from Xstana, instead of only being able to see them on the home screen?

Xposed module need work ll the time not in homescreen only... heck security center and permissions of this apps... maybe can help, also there a a paid version of this app, maybe free version give u only a taste of possibility !
