Lollipop rom for root users - Blu Vivo Air

Im curious if this is legit. Usually if there's a good rom that's confirmed as it being a good ROM that's not just there for malicious purposes. Could someone test this and let me know.

Looks very very fake. The download link leads to a survey.

You shouldn't have to think twice when the website is named, "lollipop-update" and has the same landing page for every phone.

FAKE! .. we will start See/receive something only on before June... BLU and KAZAM have almost the same update schedule ;D
i stay in contact with some Russians about use cross device FW updates... they have the Fly Tornado Slim running KAZAM Tornado 348 FW... and they say about a huge performance improvement doing that... just let me get the "Tutorial" about how to make it work correctly without any problems... or FIX to some Possible problems ;D

Thanks guys I appreciate the feedback. I never clicked on the links or anything like that because usually I don't see a ROM to be legit unless its posted here on xda. But man it was a nice thought to think that we could update now.

MAN... Whe already have Custom ROM's and Custom Recovery's... what we don't have is Custom Kernels
Custom ROM's is MiUi Developed by an Russian... Soon when i have time to test i bring it to XDA ;D
Custom Recovery's whe have notice about OFFICIAL TWRP from KAZAM Tornado 348 Works with our phone (... They are the same phone.. just a re-brand) fell free to test it :highfive: (Me and More 2 users from XDA already use it... And a lot of Russians too on another forum ;D)
now about kernel we need a source with expecific Driver and Binaries to this phone to can make Something better than original kernel to us... but the sources aren't go to public because they have copyrights from MediaTek to do that =/

So I'll put this here as I dunno where else to put it -
I believe this may be the Kernel Source, I downloaded it directly from BLU
Maybe someone in the know may find it useable

that can be the source but file weight is very small close from others i have here from others phones with same SoC... to can do a excellent work to be a good kernel we need more information from parameter from ROM too(Type of ROM Source.. like AOSP, AOKP, CM, PA...)
if have more from you get that, DOWNLOAD EVERYTHING and share to us using Torrent or FileServers ..because that will be something like 4 GB or more... (ROM and KERNEL sources...)
or share via Private Message to me where you get that.. than i will try share that on GitHub ;D

So your saying I can use the custom ROMs and custom recovery that the kazam tornado 348 uses or I can only use the twrp that phone uses and there is a miui that I can flash that we can use for the vivo air? Just wanna get a little clarification on this before I get my hopes up. Not that I don't like the stock ROM but you know how it is l. Flashing ROMs is like doing drugs. Thanks, I ended up flashing the recovery. Installation was weird tho. I installed the twrp app so I could flash the recovery but the weird part is when I attempted to flash through the app it said it failed that there must be a recovery already installed. And then I choose the option to reboot to recovery and it actually did flash it. Also when it sent the command to reboot to recovery it didn't take initially. It took maybe 5 mins of me doing other things on my phone. I noticed a bit of lag that I hadn't noticed before and then my phone eventually crashed and then booted into recovery. Anyone else have similar issues?

at that moment, yes, You can use the Kazam Tornado 348 TWRP Recovery and MiUi v6 developed from russians... because they all are the same phone... (Just little customizations about each brand.. like battery or LCD) but all use the same SoC and Chips on hardware ;D
We already have users using MiUi v6 here on XDA... but DO IT BY YOUR OWN!... We not be responsible by Bricked Devices because something going wrong...

Of course I would never point the finger at someone else for my ignorance with flashing ROMs/recoveries as I would hope noone else would do either. But I suppose some of us would hence the need for disclaimers. But thanks for your help I think I'm gonna hold off on flashing the miui v6 for now. But at least I have twrp now for when the time does come. Thanks for all your help bro.

Not sure if you read this message since it was asked a few months back, but you asked if the Blu Vivo IV has a Lollipop rom yet.....the answer is yes and its not one of those that require a survey - those are fake. This is done by someone within the Blu Vivo IV Google+ community and here is the link to that community on Google+. I cannot post a link due to being new, but just search on Google for Blu Vivo IV Google+ and it will say Blu Products Development Team and that is where the info on Lollipop can be found

How is this 'YOUR' custom ROM? It's Doc's ROM all you did was cook your own version of it. Every ROM has the same base so they're going to be just as fast.
It's too fast don't flash it

Nice work bro. How can i donate 5 million dollar?

And where is Horse ROM, CM7.2, MIUI v2/v4, Aurora, Mokee OS? I think that this info is just from you're opinion. If you started this already, so publish links to all stock/custom ROM's and to info with root/cwm instructions. Everyone must decide to themselves abaut witch ROM is worst, good, better, best. Don't put you're own opinion to others! So everybody can make the same thread with they're opinion witch is best for them.
With this info that you writed this thread must be not in development, but in general section. So if you started to do so, make it good or delete it if you can't do it in right way.
Have a nice day.

I really cannot uderstand what's the meaning of "stable " , for you.
According to me , the only one full functional rom , plus tvout operation , is Horsemageddon.
So you're not objective but subjective ( as i am right now).

And that's the reason why we don't have 3.4 kernel and 4.3 ROM yet. It's because nobody wants to share work with others or work together on one kernel and one ROM. Anyway i wish you all luck.
hmmm.. unity is strength.. Xperia play is no more about Cosmic Dans Turbo Kernel.. or Lupus's Kernel.. or AOKP or CyanagenMod.. (I mean all this in a good way) we need a "ROM" 4.2/4.3 for Xperia Play and a "Kernel" for Xperia Play.. the brand, the dev, no matters no more.. and the way things are,, I really think dev's should team up to make one Good Rom.. and One Good Kernel.. cuz I don't think Xperia Play would last till Android 6.0 .. so just this device one good last push.. and see how things work out. Split work will only increase/duplicate work.. delay the ROM/Kernel and maybe the ROM would never get rid of bugs.
Guys I don't think teaming up is going to happen, the old thread got deleted so I can't show you any of the stuff that happened. But it got pretty nasty so lets not bring working together up and just focus on getting a stable 4.3 build for our Xperia Play's

Actually yes that seems like a good idea, as 4.3 is only a minor update of 4.2 and people have had success on the play before building 4.2 (without wifi though). But my main concern is being ready for 4.4, which if it is as ram light as everyone says and runs just as fast as gingerbread as everyone is saying, would be perfect for our Xperia Play's. But beggars can't be choosers as I always say

Probably you haven't understand the problem: the problem wasn't you using some of the lxp's commits, the problem was you not asking permissions like everyone else; now probably mike want let you use his work as a base, but it isn't because he is selfish and didn't allow the other people to use his work, it is because you go against the common rule

I am just curious. Are you installing rom via fastboot or recovery?
anyone have 4.4 working on atrix 4g?
Has anyone got 4.4 to boot on atrix i heard you need an updated cwm recovery so i have 6.0.4.7 recovery now so if any new info plz post. Willing to test if anyone has a build
Ok to reword my last post so no confusion. I am not asking for a finished shiny new rom to play with i am offering my device to test the things any dev has on atrix 4g regarding cm11 i also know from reading other posts that the older cwm recovery doesnt play well with cm11 i couldnt even get itvto flash 4.3.1 so had to update to 6.0.4.7 sorry getting off subject but as someone here posted they got it to install but no boot well would the recovery have anythingvto do with that. I too am willing to offer my Atrix for testing. But will as soon as we have a stable 3.1.10 kernel.
To correct myself i have cwm 6.0.4.6 not 6.0.4.7 sorry for the mistake

even if you manage to build a proper cm11 rom for atrix, there are still kernel issues to be solved. My personal advice is to work on kernel adjustments and tweaks (or whatsoever.)
Let me preface this by saying that I'm not a dev. However the problem as I see it is that you're working on a kernel for an older version of android. Why not just go around the problem and try to make it work with the newer version instead? I mean when it works fully it most likely won't work with KitKat right away anyway right?

Marshmallow custom rom

This thread is to know how many people would use marshmallow or nougat ROM if it is built. Dev Shaky156 wants to know if there is enough demand for it ,so that he might think of developing it. Obviously a dev has a limited time and would love to work on a device which is used by many people rather than a device which is barely known.
Would love to see a Marshmallow / Nougat Custom rom
Thanks for creating a Poll.
I personally would love to see ANY custom rom or this device.

Right?!
I don't understand why there is zero development happening for this tablet. I guess it means that it was just didn't sell well at all. It's a very capable tablet.
My little brother would love to see any custom rom for his tablet, thanks for asking [emoji3]

ill love it
Pls do it 6.0 or 70 for Tegra note pls
I would Love it
Even a 5.1 rom that works correctly with screen casting enabled and Link-2-SD working without optimizing on every boot would be a godsend.

CM based custom Rom would be a blessing. Many people stopped checking any new information for this device. They might come back if they encounter any problem with their device. If we want more people then they need to hear about this post.
Pls my Tn7 is waiting for a long time!
TKS!
Anything Anything:crying::crying:
would still be interested, my gf is using this tablet and its still going strong 24/7 any updated rom would be sweet!
