Well if you mean a connector designed for the user to solder up the cables then I doubt you'll get that for this adapted shape. Best you could probably do is a bit of adaption yourself using this say:

If you tried it and it doesn't work then it's probably not built in.
Works for me, but not on external hard drive, only flash drives. And only some of the time.
I thought the S4 has OTG support out of the box.
External hard drives require a lot of power, which the phone can't provide. Try power your drive through a different source, then it should work.

Using rooted device as an Android TV

Hi all. I have been researching the possibility of using my S3 as an add-on for my Smart TV. It's an LG with webOS. Is there anyway to get a similar experience as with the Amazon fire TV but using the rooted phone? I have looked at the post using a launcher but this is more like just mirroring with a different UI. Any suggestions or pointers to some development. I apologise if this is the wrong forum (sorry moderators) but couldn't decide where to post

If your device supports HDMI output then you could just buy the cable and a bluetooth remote. You'd then basically have what you're describing.

There are docking stations out there that can give you this ability or you can use mirror/screen casting
