Me too I've tried all but nothing worked but im still looking for a custom recovery for the lollipop update... Any help?

Root KitKat Stock

Hey did anyone find a script to root the LG G2 with the new firmware update to KitKat? I've tried to use the scripts that are out, but none worked and tried to root it before update and still nothing. If you guys have any helpful links please and thank you.

well you should look harder and you can find IOroot25 the only that can't be rooted on kitkat is the d801 t-mo variant which needs to be downgraded to 4.2 to root and install custom kk rom which supports root and custom recovery

yep! You have to flash kernel from .230 firmware via flashtool, root it with towel root or easy rooting tool and then flash kernel from .283 back.

But .....
You see only the Screen on my PC
No Sound
Full Process length no cuts but you can -> fast forward
Without Downloads it takes about .... 20min.
In my case a Full Wipe.

So my phone did the OTA update over night and I am now on 4.4.4 and would like to root it and install rom manager so I can install custom roms. Can anyone help me?

How to downgrade from marshmallow?

I received OTA update for android 6.0 in my spice dream uno. After I upgraded to 6.0 it started to face severe battery drain problems. My phone is unrooted. I need to know the method to downgrade it to 5.1.1. Thanks in advance.

Nope.
It's easy to root and flash back stock rom. Just follow the guide and use Android ONE Toolkit to root and flash recovery.

Hello everyone, today I am going show you how to root the Samsung Galaxy Tab E with Kingo Root!
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO YOUR DEVICE
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Enable developer options by tapping the build number seven times
2. Go to developer options and enable OEM unlock
3. Go to security and enable unknown sources
4. Download the Kingo Root apk
5. Install the Kingo Root apk
6. Tap the one click root button and wait for it to finish.
7. Enjoy

Some variants of the Tab E do not yet have custom recovery so this root method is supposed to be used for them but will work for other Tab E Variants. I personally use a Tab E Verizon which has no custom recovery yet.

I have a Sm-t377v running 6.0.1. Will this work for that?
If not would you know of another root for this one? I can't find anything myself...although I'm new to rooting devices lol so I may just be blind.

No you are not blind I have an SM-T377V and it is not rootable on marshmallow 6.0.1:crying: also on lollipop some people get bricked when they use this method.
My brother asked me to root his device, he has T377V, is there still no recovery created for the Verizon version?

tried a lot of versions of the KingoRoot and King Root apk's and zero have even come close to rooting. T377AUCU2BQK2 build Just updated to android 7.1 two days ago. I tried months ago even while it was still on 6 something.
Ideas?

Same here. I'm running 7.1.1 nougat 7650NU and I've been looking for a while. I don't believe there is a recovery available yet
This does not work for SM-T378V running 7.1.1

Is there a way to downgrade back to android 5.1 and then root?
I have the sm-t377v i cant be rooted on 6.0.1 or later so i downgraded to 5.1.1 and it rooted but its temporary after a reboot you lose it. I downgraded a sm-567v from 7.1.1 to 5.1.1 im going to try to root even if its temporary
