Its the same phone just some minor differences on the software side! I'm pretty sure the ROM will fit all 3 devices

about kernel developing i can't promise anything but about ROM developing of curse i will make my Sony UI Version to RUN on that ;D

If XDA Link the phones topics Menu to where we search by the name and than Go to this Main menu it can be better to new developers can find sources and tools to work.. and users will appreciate that too.. i think

Try FramaRoot APK first, Than vRoot/iRoot ... someone on somewhere post that saying this method stay working :highfive:
Or you can Test that Chinese CWM on your phone and install the SuperSU via Flash zip using CWM... (That CWM stay in Chinese but the order is the same as English CWM...)

Hi guys, i have General Mobile Discovery Elite, it's Gionee Elife E7's Turkish version, General Mobile just puts company logo on the phone, so my question is, if i install a custom rom for Gionee Elife E7 on my phone will it work or will it have any problems about IMEI number stuff just because mine is another country's?

It should work without any issues. But can't say with 100%. Try it yourself. Just make a backup before.

Hi... guys i found a Spanish Developers Team how already make a Custom kernel to More than 1 phone based on SoC MT 6592 (#PHONES IOcean X8 / Jiayu G4S / Jiayu G5S)
their are a Team known as "Team Force" and their site have a developer Forum too... i don't have the Blu Vivo Air yet..
and to how doesn't know about the Blu Phones... Blu is a company how re-brand other Company's to sell their phones on Occident Market... our Blu Vivo Air is the Re-brand Gionne Elife S5.1 (Same Hardware Constriction and OS[Amigo 2 OS translated to English US/South America Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese] )
When will you be getting your vivo? You think this phone will get any real Dev attention here on XDA? I'm hoping for some custom alimed Roms and better kernels. This phone is killer! Little laggy sometimes with the 1GB Ram

On that postage from "BLU Brasil" (Brazil to World Wide...) release a FAQ about why BLU Vivo Air is a good Choice to buy , and than they notice about Lollipop Update to July or august... but we need have faith... maybe they release the source kernel to public because their project to make a CyanogenMOD Phone and give the opportunity to Freelancer Developers can make it work ;D
... The CyanogenMOD Structure Drivers Have a Different Structure comparing it to AOSP (AmigoOS v.2 / v.3* LolliPoP From GiONEE Elife S7) and that is the big Challenge to us =#
We will need much more developers making a Brainstorm about that project to Make a CyanogenMOD ROM to our Phone Branded or Not...

Zte grand s2 s251, indian 3g version with snapdragon 800 and 2gb of ram is similarly specd lyk gionee elife e7 and also stuck in android 4.2 . unlike gionee elife e7 we do not have any development in xda. As the devices are similar will any of the dev here be intrested in taking a look at our device and hopefully port something to it, we dont evn have a custom recovery.

Provide me a boot image of your device and I can build a recovery for it..
Also, do you have root access? If yes, see if you can find a file called config.gz in /proc/
i.e., give me /proc/config.gz
That will help determine if your device is indeed close to E7..

Ours is a CDMA cum GSM single sim phone. Also memory card slot is there, cam is 13MP/5MP and no fingerprint sensor.
