it's not difficult it's just long .. and for the first time only until you get the rooted package. after you get the rooted package the method will take 15 minutes maximum in any other time you root your device.

In all honesty, if you can't sit down and spend some time reading and following instructions, you don't deserve root on your phone. Its very easy to do. All you have to do is read, and try for yourself.

We don't know the status of the bootloader yet. If it is locked then it won't. It should work if the bootloader is unlocked.

It is the easiest way to root, yours is just the D802 variant, follow the video. The actual tool is located at the bottom of this post - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=48709232&postcount=869
Easiest Way to root and Install Custom Recovery!
The easiest way to root Lg G2 on Kitkat is by IOROOT method extreamly easy!
I cant post a How TO DO link as i have less then 10 Posts (XDA wont allow until 10 POSTS).
And if you want a custom recovery just install AUTOREC from PlayStore!

Nope. You can't install any aosp based Roms compiled from source. You can only use TW Roms, and one google edition ROM that's in the general section

Bricking when rooting is rare as long as you use the right files. And Samsung devices are pretty easy to unbrick you just flash stock back to the devices.

First link seemed irreverent. The second makes it look simple. I'll try to gather the correct file and go from there. ODIN is the stock file from Samsung?
