Would this possibly work on the US version?

We don't know the status of the bootloader yet. If it is locked then it won't. It should work if the bootloader is unlocked.

Is this a free software or request Money ?
If really makes Root , why don't you make a Thread in "Development section" ?
Could be useful for all of us :good:

Will this work for me I'm on software 10m?

plus that thread will also be closed as there is a sticky for firmware updates.
Haha, these duplicate post are ridiculous. People get too excited & don't check threads first.

Hey, I have something for you.
as mentiond in the other thread OTA fails on rooted devices Kies works fine though.
Had to reapply CF root after update. Now time to expolore new features and work out how to restore unified search. I don't use it, I just want to stick it to apple.
So is the update good or bad? Should I update?

Had the update, and predictably lost root so re-odinised with CF-root 6.4 and no luck, phone knows its modified but no rooted apps work, updated the supersu from the market but no apps call on it anymore, its like its nor there.
Any idea's

There is not much need to install another ROM really. I mean, I too love custom ROMs but to he honest, the ROM that comes in with the G2 is really good, lighting fast, smooth and customizable.
The only thing you'll need to do will be to remove any bloatware Verizon has pre-installed.
On the T-Mobile version there's only one custom ROM (basically a clean version of the stock)
There has been not much dev activity yet, but I hope to see improvements soon, specially once the N5 comes out. So they say.
Cheers!
I have the AT&T G2, but I highly recommend TWRP recovery. I had always used CWM prior to this device, too, but I'm not sure if you have to add the Loki exploit to bypass the bootloader with CWM. TWRP has the exploit built in as best I can tell.

What's a good rom?

I have the tmobile g2. I'm rooted and all I'm looking for is a stock rom with a few modifications that is fast and stable. I want to be able to tether without tmobile knowing it.
Any suggestions?

Actually if you only root your phone and don't change anything(that includes not installing custom recovery) you can take the or a but if you are already rooted and on the international you can try this- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2665985

It is the easiest way to root, yours is just the D802 variant, follow the video. The actual tool is located at the bottom of this post - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=48709232&postcount=869
