They're feeling pressure from iPad 2 pricing obviously. Considering Steve Jobs just called them out directly on pricing. This coupon is gonna turn into permanent pricing for sure. Its not even a special coupon, this is just offered to everyone ordering.

Never mind, I just created a new account instead of using my normal Amazon account. Doubt Verizon will be thrilled with the returns they'll receive. Who is going to pass up a legit $100 back during the 14 day return period?

You still save a little. Just dont know if its worth saving that little. I also heard some people getting their restock fee waived.
This happened to me on the 25% order and it was a bad phone # that caused the message.

OK, I called to verify with AMEX. I just return the Xoom to Verizon and get copies of the receipts and a receipt for the restocking fee. I send those to AMEX and they credit my account for the value.

Its kind of hard to contact them when their chat and email is offline. Finally got email to work and then had a new window for chat pop up and that one works. Talking to a csr now. And the email is on its way to me. Says to reply before midnight tonight, and it takes up to 2 days for you to get the code to unlock a one time in-store credit that's good till December 31st. And all the accessories I want are out of stock?

I have an RMA for my Dev GSM X and bought a new one today. Tried to convince Moto support to just give me a $150 refund rather than ship back a perfect device, but they flat out refused. Ok, RMA'ing a perfectly good phone at Moto's expense. Makes no sense.

The email says the coupon code will arrive about 2 days after they receive the reply back from you with the information they asked for. Since they extended the sale the code would have to get here before the sale ends to use it and the earliest I see getting the code is Thursday.
Is the deal on Wednesday and next Monday only for motomaker or are they going to open it up for Dev editions as well?

From my understanding its only for moto maker phones as the dev editions sold out. Doesn't hurt to check the site Wednesday and Monday just to be sure.

There were other ways to get into chat yesterday besides the main support page. I got in by sending an email to customer support which then popped up a chat window which was working. The email I received said you could only apply for the in-store credit until midnight last night, it was only good on full priced, unbranded phones (not a carrier phone) purchased from the Motorola website after November 18th.

I asked the CSR during my session and she told me the coupon is good for any purchase on Motorola.com, including phones. The reason I was okay with getting a coupon is because I had planned to buy a Moto G as a gift, so I made sure to ask her.

It makes sense for people who, like me, had planned to buy stuff from the store. This should be easier than processing a return, leave alone the fact that we don't know when Moto Maker is really going to be fixed.

Nope. I think they'll hold off till after the sale tomorrow so people dont get the phone for $350-$150 ($200). Don't quote me though, I'm just speculating.

I just got off of chat too and I am also suppose to receive a coupon code via email in a day or so. Ty very much for making this topic though.
This sucks... They said we would receive ours within 2 business days and its been 2 days and nothing yet. I'm just hoping they don't go back on their promise

I got the email to my email but when I sign up its telling me I didn't use that email to sign up -_-

Anybody had any trouble with redeem promotion after you received phone. I didn't choose at checkout because I wasn't sure what I wanted. Now when I go to redeem page it checks my phones imei number and says its not eligible.

I am curious about the $200 promo, Tmob said they were not aware of it, but I have 15 different emails from the Samsung.com pre order sign up that talk about a $200 promotion..... maybe it was only if you actually placed the order through Samsung.com which is shady..... but oh well.
im having trouble, im having out of normal issues. it may of got lost in the ether. used it at check out. fedex delivered my goodie somewhere else, got the item refunded, hoping the credit is refunded as well. tryin to explain it and get and answer if ill get ther credit back from customer support is impossible, they dont seem to understand the question

I'm having the exact same problem. They have escalated my issue to a higher tier of Samsung support. Pretty crazy that it's this difficult to get them to give you the credit they promised.

I did a chat with them on the Samsung Shop app as there are bad waiting times on the phone these days, but yeah, you need to make them aware of the issue
Hmmm....checked this morning and I noticed I have another $100 to spend. I probably will get two uv sanitizer
After chatting with support, I uninstalled then reinstalled the app, then it showed my IMEI as eligible.
Support ended up telling me that I would be receiving an email within 14 days of delivery.

Copy the IMEI by long pressing in the phones about info screen. Paste that into the submission form. You might have a similar character messed up.
I ordered mine on the 21st of August. Has anyone tried to get promo after the preorders?
Redeemed my Buds Live on the 21s when my Pre-Order arrived, zero issues. I did see (repeatedly) that it's only the first 15,000 people that get the promo, though.
how fast do you get the $150 credit? i seen some say you just use the store app and buy products and it takes from the $150 credit. Mine doesn't look like like i got any credit yet if thats the case. Samsung sent me an email saying i was approved for the promotion, but i haven't seen the credit yet or notice that i got one.
Im not sure how to use my 150 credit, i already have the Buds Plus, is it worth getting the Buds Live as well? I'm thinking of using the Plus for working out and the Live for traveling or commuting.

Took 2 days to get approved. Then took about 2 days to receive the email. Was the same for 2 phone redeemed from 2 different Samsung accounts.
