Hello[emoji4], it appears that you may have a defective digitizer that may need to be replaced, there was probably a error that was missing while your particular model was being assembled in the assembly line, to look for digitizers, go to www.etradesupply.com, look for the Variant of your device, what is your variant btw?

You can try to factory reset[emoji4], just make sure you backup your personal files to the computer, so that it won't get deleted while your device factory resets.[emoji4]

IMEI NULL and Baseband Unknown - Note3 n9005 with KitKat

Hi guys,
I red the whole world about finding a solution for my issue, but didn't find anything that worked. I've got my note 3 n9005 flashed with stock 4.4 and the IMEI is showing null and the Baseband is unknown. I red that the IMEI restoring is done through the EFS folder somehow, but unfortunately I don't have it backed up Didn't find anything about the Baseband as well.
Could you guys help me get my note fixed.
Thanks in advance.

SOLUTION:
After investigating my issues forever I finally found out that my note was a Demo version. The guy that sold it to me lied about it, but anyway I returned it to him.
You can check if yours is a demo when disassemble it. You need to be looking for an antenna (it's a long wire coming from the back-right-bottom of the phone, going to the top of it). Unfortunately I deleted my photos showing where the antenna is, but you could search in google. If there is no such wire, your unit is most probably a demo phone.

Have a read throught that and see ^^
You must read and learn what causes issues before you try to resolve them, If you don't it can cause all sorts of issues.

How old was the image you used? I know there are problems reverting bootloaders from 4.4 back to 4.3.
Have someone make you a fresh image using a 4.4 stock Rom.

Anyway while waiting, do you think there is a way of flashing the SD card itself with the required files from an original or custom rom.
I mean, if I unzip the rom, will I find the files that I need there?
This might be a stupid question, but might be worth asking it.
There is a t-flash method, but we tried it and it didn't work over in the t mobile section. The problem being is you have to use a working phone to do so, and it is always a risk to the other party.

Well, I did hard brick my Galaxy Grand 2. For my hard brick cause, is when I flash Gennxt kitkat superior on my Rooted JB Grand 2.
After I installed it, there is no bootanimation. Instead of blank screen with vibration and then reboots again.
So my problem was Hard bricked and bootloop.
I send my phone to Samsung service center in Indonesia. After the reparation is done, there is a slip.
They say that the circuit board needs to replaced and reinstall stock fw.
And my phone reparation was free! :victory::laugh:
But the good thing is the Technician didn't notice that I already voided my warranty.
Because of the hard brick making me saving money for $75 or $100! Lucky me!

Error when flashing upgrade? Do you mean THIS screen?
Firmware update encountered an issue.
Please flash it again using Kies, or something like that?
That is a soft bricked, my friend. The problem can be fixed by reinstalling Stock firmware.

If you are not able to go to download mode or recovery mode, even the service center will not be able to say that the warranty is void. so if your phone is under warranty, take it to the service center and tell them PC conked off while updating thru kies.

when opened the back cover it shows d801/d803 on the buttom in the imei service it says its a d802 and the back cover too.... what should I believe

Check your S/N and if starts with 505-509, you'll have to get it fixed at the LG Service Center. They'll replace the MOBO of your G4
