[Q] Music not shown on the default music player - G2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I copied some music on the phone, I can see the folder and every song if I search them in ES File Explorer, and even play them with the built-in music player in ES, but I can't play any music with the default music player, it says that there's no files.
The default file browser also can't see the music, more specifically if I look for it in the "all files" I can find it and even play the music, but in the music section of the file browser it says that there's 0 file, here's a screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/CNCnQD9.png (it's not in English, but I think it's pretty straight-forward which one is the music).
How could I fix this?

Can anyone help me out??
Personally I don't use the stock music player for that very reason. Check out an app from the marketplace callled MixZing Lite (it's free.) It has the ability to monitor a specific folder for music and also comes with a pretty slick widget.
You can created a blank file called .nomedia (notice the dot at the front) in your ringtones folder which will stop the Media service (Gallery and Music) from searching in there for files. I have not tested if this will break ringtone searching, so give it a go and just delete your new .nomedia file if all your stuff disappears from ringtones.
You also may be interested to know if you call your album covers AlbumArt.jpg then they will appear in music player when a song from that album is playing, but Gallery will not index them and take a thousand years to load cos of all the covers called different names in different folders.

[Q] Android 4.4 Alarm and Pop up music player problem

Hi,
Anyone able to play media files from explorer with the pop up player ?
I found that my phone not able to play any mp3 with Es File Explorer popup player and/or Google Music Player popup player opened with Es File Explorer (They popup, i can seek forward and back, can pause and play, but no progress when i press play its just stuck there). If opened using apollo and/or mx player, it's open the full player and the mp3 play just fine. And Google play music play all my mp3 just fine.
And also the alarm clock cannot play any custom mp3, when the alarm triggers its doesn't play the mp3. I thinks its the same problem with above.
Thanks for your helps

Miui Applications

Hello friends. As we all know the Xiaomi Mi A1 does not come with most of the features of Miui. Some applications, either are missing, or are very limited.
My question is: What are the best options to replace applications such as music player, video player, contacts calendar, file manager (with option to hide file folders) and image gallery?
Google apps do the thing for me. They are great. But I use Retro Music Player as a music player and Files Go as file manager.
That's the whole point of an Android One device - you can use your favourites apps !!
My favourite Galley app is Simple Gallery by far - and any of their other apps too. File manager = an old version of ES File explorer, but the Xiaomi version is getting more use now, Music player = Poweramp, video player = vlc, Photo editor, etc
