[Q] LG G2 gapps fc - G2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

hello my friends.
I have a devil problem.
i have the g2 with G Flex port rom. and after that i deside to flash the OptimusG3 port rom. Whene i see that it lost recovery , i tried to reistall it with autorec . apk.
Then a security error boot image apears .
so i start the downgrade with the offline fix. everythig works. except that whene i boot into device the Gapps FC all of them and i cant do nothing.
i tried again both of 10A and 20D kzr. but same problemm... i dont have recovery so i cant reflash gapps. or any other rom. I cant either hard reset . or wipe anyrything ....
any suggestion ??
thanks. and sorry for my terrible english.
Jason.

I have been trying to do the same, over and over again, I think the only way is to go back to stock, but since the Root method I used required TWRP, that won't help either and that I had to install via ADB, I would love to find an answer to this too
Here is your answer!

Which version of TWRP are yours?
You can download the newest one (2.6.3.4) here
I downloaded the flashable one and then installed CM 11 just fine.
My phone is D802 too.
Hope I can help! :fingers-crossed:
i flashed it with flashify using this copy of CWM
hmm didnt see that you were using the d802...not sure if this will work or not. If you want to try it be my guest. otherwise get on the AndIRC channel and ask around thats what I did.
Also you can replace the recovery from terminal.
Here is the link. Just did it and tested successfully.

No, I mean recovery flashed with recovery (may sounds weird, but it really is).
Example is TWRP P700 recovery by tudorsirb, link here :
CLICK !
Or you can try PhilZ CWM recovery by ali.filth, link here :
Thread Link
Download Link
To install these recovery, just flash directly in recovery. After that, reboot the recovery (either by selecting 'reboot recovery' menu or turning off your device then entering back recovery).

Did you have a nandroid backup? If so, you can boot to twrp and restore. Or just go back to stock firmware.

That's doesn't make sense, can you explain what it means? Which recovery, which rom was installed and was working? You wipes system and data, ok. What did you do then?

seems you don't know what you need cm isn't the same as cos, the difference is huge.
For cos12.1 stock rom you can get it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/zuk-z1/help/how-to-make-device-stock-t3515921/post70007487
Flash it with all in one tool, it's the easiest way.
Cm13 you can flash it though twrp.

You didn't understand or read my post... You need to flash stock firmware with fastboot. I didn't wrote flash it with twrp.
Use the all in one tool. It's called so, because you can do all with it. Like downloading stock rom and flash it :good:

Use all in one tool to boot into bootloader. Read carefully or your next step is qfil method
Here's a good guide in case you're don't get it through aoi tool: http://forum.xda-developers.com/zuk-z1/general/qpst-method-how-to-unbrick-to-stock-t3506833
But better to check again if you can flash stock cos rom with tool

LG G6 H870 can't go back to stock rom help

Hello,
Recently i installed flumics rom on my phone and everything was fine but today i wanted to go back to stock rom and it seems i can't.
I installed the latest lg usb drivers and downloaded the latest lgup with uppercut
When i try to install the kdz file from the lgup everything is working fine and it finished 100% then the phone reboots and stucks at lg logo then after a while it reboots again and same thing stucks again.
ALso when i try to flash the kdz file again in the lgup it shows Fulmics rom 1.6
Tried to do a factory reset from lg recovery as well didn't help
Don't know how to turn off the device fully so i have some battery left.
Anyone can help me with this? do i need to send it back to lg?
If you have TWRP still just flash stock rom and bootloader

Sadly the kdz files i flashed restored the stock recovery.
Also i tried the lg bridge as well but that didn't work either.
I have left the phone doing its thing for more than 45 mins, i guess that is not normal.
Use LGUP and Uppercut to flash stock. Need drivers and put phone in download mode. It will find the port and then flash the firmware.

I downloaded 3 different kdz files for h870 and none of them worked.
The strange thing is why after i flash the kdzs the lgup shows Fulmics Rom v1.6 under the version category.
Is there any way to flash recovery via download mode?
Enter bootloader and try to flash twrp again. Then flash the stock rom and all will be fine.
