Hello Everybody
Since the specs says that Lenovo A3000H Calling tablet support 3G H+ but unfortunately we have only 3G CDMA, for that
I need to connect to 3G cdma network, i have HUAWEI Dongle EC169.
I have rooted my Lenovo A3000H with framaroot
Installed ppp widget
Everything is working great so far but ppp widget seems to give the no driver found error
at first it tries to prepare the 3G device, the dongle reboots but then it says no driver found
please help and point me to some direction where i can install huawei drivers without effecting my calling or 3g data feature.
I would really appreciate that

generally speaking the 3g modem usb nowadays hardly support PnP- plug and play, it is easy use by people, regards how to connect the net, sometimes you need to ask the operator for the pinNO., here recommend a expert i found who is peroffesional on 3g usb modem hope it helps: www modem3g.com

I'm tring to connect my galaxy tab to internet through wifi tether on milestone and the tab can't see the milestone wifi network.
I know for sure that milestone's wifi tether works fine because I can use it with my laptop.
Anyone has the same issue?

i used the wifi hotspot of my desire and it worked great.
what i miss is the capability to find and connect to Ad Hoc's
(they just dont appear in the networks list on my tab)
maybe the milestone is creating a ad hoc.

Just opened my brand new Galaxy tab , I'm having the same issue: he doesn't see any tether network (from my windows mobile 6.1 htc p3650) neither any "ad hoc" network created from my laptop pc sony vaio.
On the xds forum I found this solution http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=7711198&postcount=6

Bought my son a 7" epad/tablet for Christmas.
Problem is when I set up a Wi-Fi network on my HTC the tablet wont find/see it.
I have no problems linking my HTC phone Wi-Fi network to my laptop if I am out. And the epad/tablet finds my home internet Wi-Fi and hotspots outside home with no problem.
So I know the Wi-Fi network on my HTC phone works
And I know the tablet can see Wi-Fi networks.
The tablet just will not find my HTC one.
Does anyone know why or what I need to do to get around this issue please?
My only thought is that the HTC is on 3G and thats why?

1st post here, did look around to see if i could find an answer first. Has anyone utilized the TRansformer Dock (with its USB Port) to connect to a 3G or 4G network. I'm in Canada and might pick up a USB Data Stick if I know that I'd be able to use it for those times that wifi is unavailable.
I've tried with a Huawei usb stick provided by Vodafone but as expected it doesn't work.
On the other hand you can get a wifi 3G modem, so that you share the 3G connection via wifi. This works just great.
I use a wifi modem all day in the office, and use my EVO as a wifi hotspot when I am mobile. Both work great.

First of all thanks a lot that this great Forum exist. When I have Problems with my phone the first step is to search in this Forum.
Now I have a Problem that I can't solve alone.
For my FPV Cam i Need the 5.8GHz Wifi Network on Channel 149.
When I use a IPhone I can connect the phone with the Copter Cam.
At my Huawei I can't find this Network.
Is it possible to open the channels?
I tryed it as follows:
* I changed the wifi Region Code to US (with root)
* tryed to do the WIFI County Code fix (from your Forum)
* I tryed to edit the wpa_supplicant file to Change the wifi Network to an external wifi OTG Stick which reach this channel
But nothing worked well.

Some P10 Lites can't use 5GhZ wifi.
Depends what model you have. My TL10 can't use it.
